In each of us is the longing to be truly loved simply as we are.

It is this longing that takes us home into the arms of love itself.

Allow yourself to breathe into your body and relax your shoulders.

Soften your belly,

A place we often hold tight.

Allow your chest to soften.

For a moment just breathe.

You do not have to be different or perfect.

Just as you are right now,

You are loved.

No matter what you are experiencing in this moment,

Be it fear or hurt or joy,

No matter what is going on within or around you,

Love is big enough to embrace the whole of you,

Just as you are.

It is like the arms of a friend or of a great being that holds you from behind.

With strength and kindness and deep care,

You are held.

Feel this.

Let yourself lean into those arms and relax.

Allow your back to soften into the arms of love,

Into the support that is here for you,

Open to it.

Lean into the loving arms of life.

You are the most precious child,

The beloved of life itself.

And in this moment,

Life speaks to you so you may remember.

You are worthy as you are.

You are good enough,

No matter what you have done or not done.

You are lovable,

Just as you are.

Remember.

And let yourself be held in the arms of love right now.

And sometimes love supports you through a friend,

Sometimes through the touch of the sun upon your face.

A smile.

The whisper of the wind.

It is love loving you,

Just as you are,

Right now.

Allow yourself to fall into love's embrace.

Lean in and feast.

Revel on this taste.

Breathe it in.

Allow yourself to receive this.

Let yourself feel it.

You are held.

And the whole of life is in love with you.

You are loved as you are.

Always.

When you open your eyes with the out-breath,

Pass it along to another's heart whose longing to be loved,

Just as they are.

Let yourself be held in the arms of love right now.
