So when we are in a full moon it means that the moon is in full illumination,

Right?

It's when the moon is in opposition with the sun and the sun illuminates the moon.

And the moon is all about the feelings,

It is about the emotions and it's the irrational side of things.

And when I say rational,

It's not a bad thing,

Right?

Because the sun is about the ego,

The personality and the rational mind.

It's this,

This,

This.

Where the moon is more about the intuition and the feeling and the rhythmic tides,

Kind of like the ocean,

Right?

Because the moon controls the bodies of water,

The ocean,

And we are made up of complete water.

I learnt that atomically we're made up of about over 90% water.

And if you read online,

Etc,

You'd see that people say we're made up of over 70%.

But actually,

Atomically we're made up of so much more water.

And that's why we get affected by the full moon.

And honestly,

It's such a beautiful thing to have this incredible body,

This archetype to influence our lives.

Because it's helping us navigate our life when we become attuned to its energy and we trust in its wisdom.

And depending on everybody's chart,

The moon is going to affect everyone differently depending on what sign you are.

But today I'm just going to share the general energetics of this moon.

So,

Leo.

Leo is the lion.

It's a very fire energy,

A fire archetype.

And the feeling that I'm getting behind this full moon is,

First of all,

In relation to our purpose and highest destiny.

And often we,

I find,

Think that our purpose or our highest destiny is a destination that we're meant to reach,

We're meant to achieve.

But in actuality,

I feel that our highest purpose is to live in each and every moment.

It is in our state of being,

It is in our state of mind.

And it's in our evolution.

And our evolution is all about how we choose to show up in each and every moment,

How we're choosing to create in each and every moment.

And taking the most aligned action with intention and purpose.

And Leo is all about action.

Yeah?

And it's this creative force that moves through us.

And so this full moon,

We really get to contemplate on what does purpose mean to us?

What does our highest destiny feel and look like to us?

This full moon also invites this sense of ease and lightness and childlike innocence.

And whenever we show up,

Whenever we take actions based on our joy and our curiosity,

Then we are vibrating at a much higher level than if we are making an action based on seriousness.

I find that whenever I am creating something,

For example,

I'm creating a workshop or I'm creating this live event or a program,

And I'm doing it out of a need to or a have to or there is this urgency to do it,

Then a much smaller energy or container or contraction is being created.

Yeah?

And with that energy,

It's such a smaller space,

So it doesn't actually create so much space for things to enter.

And when I'm operating from a space of more like trust and alignment and joy and ease,

Instantly,

The energetics is so much more wider.

It's so much more spacious,

It's so much more abundant.

And this allows energy to flow through.

So lightness and joy and curiosity and a sense of adventure.

Joy can be found in the most simplest things in our lives,

Whether that be going for a walk or smelling flowers or going for a swim in the ocean or connecting,

Sharing with a loved one or baking and cooking,

Whatever it is that brings you joy.

My invitation for you is to really tap into this energy during this full moon.

Our purpose is not linked so much with our career.

Our purpose is linked with how much joy,

How much intention,

How much presence we're able to bring into our lives.

And ultimately,

The greater purpose will unfold in front of you.

Often people come to me for support,

Mainly because they don't know how to tap into their joy.

They've lost their joy,

They've lost their sense of vision or mission.

Because what they thought they loved or what they thought was their purpose has shifted.

And the thing about our purpose and our vision,

All of these things,

It's always going to evolve.

It's always going to evolve as we evolve.

But the deeper feeling,

The deeper rooted intention you will find will remain constant,

It will remain the same.

And just because your perceived purpose or career has changed,

It doesn't mean that you've failed.

It doesn't mean that you can't start something new.

And it doesn't mean that you won't find that one thing because that thing will always be your joy,

Your happiness.

So just keep following your joy and allow the magic to unfold.

Another thing that I want to share with you all today is about the beautiful dance between Mars and Venus.

So Mars is the divine masculine and Venus is the divine feminine.

It's the planet of love and beauty.

And right now Mars is catching up to Venus.

And it's super rare because often Mars is always ahead of Venus.

But now it's the opposite way.

And when these two beautiful planets come together,

It's all about the divine feminine and the divine masculine coming back into balance.

It's all about creation,

About love.

And you may find that the energetics of love and connection and relationship is becoming more present for you in this moment.

And this very much links up with the portal that's coming up.

As many of you know,

It's the 22nd of the 2nd,

Because the number two is all about love and soulmate.

And so right now we're in such a powerful portal of love and manifestation.

The first full moon of the year is the most powerful full moon.

And you may experience yourself in a way that energy is being drawn out of your air.

So if you find your sleep is a little bit more deeper,

If you're feeling like you're lacking more energy than you normally would,

Just know that this is normal because the full moon is all about illuminating what is inside of us for us to look at and also to illuminate the seeds that we planted during the new moon.

Which was two weeks ago.

Yeah?

So there's this really beautiful dance that happens with the new moon and the full moon and everything in between.

And so the full moon may draw out energy from us because it's helping us cleanse,

It's helping us purify,

It's bringing into the light what is ready to be let go of.

But also,

During this full moon,

We're also able to draw in the energies to help us bring our creations into fruition.

This full moon is this,

Of course,

Is this fire,

Leo energy,

And it's really initiating us to fully embrace and own all of us.

Yeah?

Embrace and own all parts of you.

It's that part of you that feels confident,

That is beautiful,

That is radiating,

That is strong,

That is powerful.

And also,

Owning your shadows as well.

It's so normal and so easy to feel that we fall short sometimes and that we at times won't feel like our best.

Sometimes we might feel angry,

We might feel frustrated,

We might feel depleted.

We don't feel like completely ourselves and that's completely okay.

Yeah?

This is what it's like to have a human experience.

We are a spiritual being having a human experience and it's okay to feel the whole spectrum.

And the most important part is to not fall into guilt and shame that we're feeling however it is that we're feeling.

Everything that you feel is valid.

And if you feel like you do fall into your shadows,

Then show up with love and compassion for yourself.

Mother yourself,

Soothe yourself.

And if you require support or guidance,

Then turn to the ones that you feel can hold that space for you.

And receive.

Receive the love,

Receive the support that is offered to you.

Whether that be from people in your closest circles or from teachers or anyone coming onto a live session.

Yeah?

Allow yourself to receive.

And so all in all,

My invitation for you,

For this full moon is to embrace and love all parts of you.

The parts that are light and love and the parts that are the shadows.

And just know that all of this is what makes you whole.

Yeah?

It's really important that we don't disregard our shadow and to see our shadows like it's a bad thing.

Our shadows are here to help us grow.

It's here to allow us to expand beyond our current capacity.

Yeah?

So experience the wholeness,

The fullness of you just like the full moon.

Just as the full moon goes through its phases of full illumination and then slowly going into darkness.

And then illuminating again and then darkness.

That is so much about our journey itself.

Nature is always mirroring to us what's happening inside.

Nature is a such divine and perfect reflection of us.

And so the masculine,

The feminine coming back into balance.

Creation,

Joy,

Curiosity,

Adventure,

Purpose.

All of these key words.

And my invitation for you is to contemplate on what it all means for you and to journal about it.

So I'm hearing these words,

Unfiltered.

Love all parts of you.

Knowing that you are perfectly imperfect and that your uniqueness is what makes you you.

And do not ever dim your light because you feel that by dimming your light you make others feel better or feel okay.

Continue to shine your light because you get to be that lighthouse for others.

To light up the path for those who are in the darkness to follow.

So often we think that by shining so bright it's our ego coming into play or that if we shine so bright that it makes others feel intimidated or feel much smaller.

But that's not up to us to decide.

We're here to shine in our brightness,

In our uniqueness.

And it is up to the others on how they choose to receive you.
