Come as you Are. Be as you Are. Fully. This Silent Meditation is an invitation for you to be a witness of all that is, of all that you Are. This is for you if you have little time, but want to be held in a space of loving awareness to help you observe and process anything that you are feeling or going through.

Transcript

Allow yourself to settle into a meditative position,

Bringing your awareness to your breath and just noticing,

Noticing the way that you are breathing and see if you can just take deeper inhales and exhales,

Allowing your breath to soften you,

To ground you.

In today's meditation we are going to simply be a witness,

To be a witness of what is here without judgment,

Without the need to change anything.

This is the space for you to be completely as you are.

Allow any thoughts to come and go,

Allow any feelings to simply arise and fall away.

Your silent meditation begins now.

Start to slowly arrive back,

Back to your breath,

Back to your body and just simply noticing how you're feeling in this very moment and gently bringing your hands to your heart.

I invite you to set an intention for the rest of your day or for your evening and just taking a moment of gratitude.

Thank you,

Dear one.

I wish you all the best and I will see you again soon.

From my heart to yours,

Namaste.
