Hi this is Neil Shepherd from inner synergy and this is a mind intelligence instant meditation.

So getting started the first step is to just pause.

Do you have awareness now?

Do you have obvious tension in your body?

Is it time to recenter and ground?

The second step is to breathe.

Let's take three to five slower deeper breaths down into our belly.

Push our feet into the ground.

Be in your body and breath because it's always in the present moment.

And the third step is smile.

Practice gratitude.

It helps us drop fear.

It's very difficult for gratitude and fear to be in the same place.

Open up self-compassion and kindness.

Focus on your values and priorities.

Practice this as many times as you need in a day.
