Calm and relaxed.
Whatever you choose to focus on you do that easily and effortlessly.
All you have to do is to take deep breaths and you become much calmer and relaxed.
Allowing yourself to focus and concentrate better.
You are able to focus on anything with full focus and concentration because you can easily block out all the other things happening around you.
It is like you create a cocoon around you so that nothing around is visible to you.
And what you see is the project or the book or the studies that you want to focus on.
It's just you and the project in the cocoon.
The cocoon around you has the colour of calmness and relaxation.
With this cocoon around you,
You can focus on anything.
With each passing day you become more and more serious and focused about the project or the studies or the book.
Now imagine focusing on something that you want to concentrate on.
It can be anything.
Imagine yourself sitting in the cocoon of calmness and you are fully focused,
Blocking out all the unnecessary information around you.
You are focusing only on what you have in front of you and you are so calm and relaxed.
Remember the more relaxed you are the better you will be focused.
The more you will be focused the more you will be determined to focus more and more and absorb all the information of the project.
You are focused in your calm cocoon.
And I would like you to repeat the following affirmations in your mind after me.
