Let's start the day by waking up our senses,

The five magical ways we experience the world.

Are you ready to notice all the little wonders around you?

First,

Let's wake up our ears.

Take a moment to listen.

What do you hear?

Maybe birds outside,

A gentle breeze,

Or even just the quiet of the morning.

Now let's wake up our eyes.

Let's close them for a second and roll them in all four directions.

Then open your eyes.

What colors or shapes do you see?

Notice how the light gently fills the room.

Next,

Let's wake up our nose.

Take a deep breath in.

What scents can you find?

Maybe fresh air,

Your pillow,

Or something yummy cooking.

Now,

Let's wake up our hands.

Gently rub your fingertips together.

Can you feel the soft air?

Maybe the blanket or clothes?
