Welcome.

Take a comfortable seat or lie down.

Close your eyes if that feels good and bring your attention to your breath.

My name is Nathalie and over the next few minutes,

We'll create space in your mind and heart for abundance,

Letting go of limiting beliefs and inviting a mindset of prosperity and flow.

This is best practiced daily for 21 days to help your mind fully shift towards abundance.

Now take a slow,

Deep breath in.

Hold it for a moment and exhale fully,

Releasing all tension.

Again,

Inhale slowly,

Filling your belly with air and exhale,

Letting go of any stress or worry.

And with each breath,

Imagine your body becoming lighter,

More open and ready to receive abundance.

Now bring to mind any thoughts about money or success that feel heavy or limiting.

Perhaps worries about not having enough,

Doubts about your worth or fear of taking opportunities.

And as you breathe in,

Imagine gathering those thoughts,

All of them.

And as you exhale,

Let them flow out of your body,

Dissolving into the air.

And silently repeat,

I release fear,

I release scarcity,

I release self-doubt.

I am open to receive what I deserve.

I am open to receive what I deserve.

Feel the space this creates in your mind,

Ready to welcome abundance.

I will now repeat some abundance affirmations,

Each of them twice,

Giving you time to repeat them as well,

Silently or out loud.

And when you're ready gently open your eyes carrying this feeling of openness,

So I suggest you repeat this meditation daily for 21 days and keep a small journal nearby to write down moments of abundance,

New ideas or opportunities you notice each day.

And over time you'll notice a shift in your mindset and how you perceive wealth and success.
