Good morning!

My name is Natalie and I want to welcome you in this short morning prayer.

First of all,

I want to invite you to bring your cup of cacao,

Coffee or tea or maybe you're just having water.

This morning prayer is to set the tone for a centered and aligned day.

Pause for a moment,

Hold your cup,

Feel its warmth,

Feel its temperature and let your breath soften.

Let this day begin with an intention.

You can repeat after me.
