I'm about to share with you about the power of feeling.
By the way,
My name is Nathalie.
I'm a spiritual healer and you might have heard me through a live event on Inside Taima or maybe this is the first time you're listening to me and I'm feeling very appreciative that you're taking the time to listen to this recording.
If there is one thing that truly changed my life for the best,
It is connecting with my feelings,
Connecting with my emotions.
During this recording,
I will use feelings and emotions interchangeably.
There is a slight difference but I don't want to go there today.
So if you hear the word feeling,
The word emotion,
I will assume this is the same.
So let's get started.
With this recording,
I want to share with you five reasons why embracing your feelings is beneficial.
You might want to take some notes,
You might need a pen,
Paper or maybe you simply want to listen to the recording and I would suggest you can allow yourself to pause.
You can allow yourself to listen to this recording a few times so then you get the opportunity to integrate.
So it's totally fine if you don't get it during the first time you listen to this.
Five reasons why feeling your feelings is beneficial.
The first one,
In allowing yourself to feel,
You have that opportunity to identify your unconscious negative beliefs.
Our emotions,
Our feelings are directly correlated with our thoughts.
The thoughts that make us feel uncomfortable,
Make us feel bad,
Are those beliefs about ourselves.
So in connecting with those sensations,
What you sense in your body,
You can unravel what is holding you back from making a change,
From evolving.
So I'm going to repeat it here.
When you allow yourself to embrace fully your emotions,
Your feelings,
When you take the time to be present,
To feel,
You have that opportunity to inquire and to know what is holding you back.
What are the thoughts that are not serving you basically.
In saying that,
It doesn't mean it's an easy exercise.
It's not an easy practice.
But the more you do it,
The easier it becomes and the more natural it becomes.
Giving yourself permission to feel your emotions can be confronting,
Can be scary.
And for that reason,
I want to say,
Get some support.
If you're scared,
If you are afraid that you're gonna lose yourself,
Get some support.
There are things that we can do alone,
But there are some aspects of life that require support.
So please don't be afraid to ask for some support.
In particular in this area,
Feeling our emotions,
We sometimes need someone to hold that space for us.
The second reason why feeling your emotions is beneficial is it allows you to discover what is true inner peace.
When you can embrace every aspect of you,
Including your feelings,
When you can embrace them with acceptance and love,
No matter what they are,
This is true peace.
You become okay with everything.
So you can be at peace in the here and now.
This leads me to talk about the third reason why feeling your feelings is beneficial.
When you can embrace your experience in the here and now,
When you're okay with who you are,
No matter how you feel,
Then you know that the next moment can be embraced in the same way.
If you can be okay right now,
Then you have the knowing that the next moment will be fine,
No matter what happens.
You then become empowered.
You feel empowered because you will be fine,
No matter what happens.
You know that if you take an action,
Even if it feels exciting,
You know that if you make a mistake,
If things go wrong,
You will have that capacity to hold yourself in love and acceptance.
So then the third reason why feeling is beneficial is that it leads you to become trustful.
You then trust yourself.
You can trust yourself now,
You can trust yourself tomorrow,
And that vibration of trust,
That energy of trust,
Helps you to basically try new things,
To open yourself to your potential,
To what is possible.
Lots of people do not have trust in themselves,
In the world.
Trust starts with being okay with who you are in the here and now.
Reason number four,
Intuition.
Intuition is this ability to make a decision that comes from a place of alignment.
Intuition doesn't come from trauma,
Fear,
Wounds.
Intuition doesn't come from the logical mind.
It comes from your heart,
From your spirit,
Your soul.
You just know.
You simply know what is right,
What is wrong for you.
In other words,
We can become intuitive when our heart and mind are not clogged by unconscious belief systems.
If becoming intuitive comes from a place of alignment and truth,
It means that we can be intuitive when our mind,
Our heart are aligned.
Basically,
We do not have any thoughts,
Fears,
Wounds,
Past life or childhood traumas that are impairing our ability to move forward.
So the more you actually heal,
The more you embrace who you are,
The more you have that opportunity to release those fears,
Those traumas,
Those unconscious thoughts,
Those negative beliefs.
So it is a journey,
A journey of unraveling what is actually not serving you.
The more you can heal and release all these negative beliefs about yourself,
Then you will have that opportunity to make decisions from a place of alignment.
And it is really,
Really exciting and enjoyable when you can actually make a decision without having to do those pros and cons and those lists.
So this is one other reason why there is so much power in feeling.
Reason number five.
This is my favorite one.
I am a fan of visualization,
Shifting my reality,
Creating my dream.
And I'm sure you want that too.
We say we create our reality.
It can stay at a concept level for a lot of people,
But I promise it's real,
It exists.
Every potential exists in the present.
Every idea of or dream that you have,
Every idea or dream that you have exists in the in the quantum field.
In order to access your reality,
Your dream reality,
You need to be fully okay with the present moment.
This is where everything happens.
In order to be fully okay with the present moment,
You need to be fully okay with who you are.
I know that sounds contradictory,
But in order to get to that capacity of envisioning without fearing what you are envisioning,
You need to be fully okay with everything that you feel and everything that you think.
There is so much power in allowing ourselves to feel.
