Meditation Timer OnlineNatalie Workman, E-RYT 500 and YACEP, is a seasoned yoga and meditation teacher passionate about sharing simple, powerful practices rooted in tradition yet relevant to modern life. Her offerings support those on personal journeys of self-inquiry, healing, and evolution. With over 20 years of personal practice, Natalie’s relationship with yoga continues to guide her own healing and growth and helps her navigate life with greater presence, grace and ease. Since completing her first yoga teacher training in 2015, she has absorbed over 800 hours of specialized study, including a Tantra-informed Master Teacher Training with Rod Stryker, Meditation Teacher Training with Tony Murdock, Yin Yoga Teacher Training with Bernie Clark, and Restorative Yoga Teacher Training with Andrea Peloso. Beyond formal training, she remains committed to ongoing practice and embodiment of the teachings. As a certified ParaYoga Nidra Teacher and Level 1 iRest Yoga Nidra Instructor, Natalie continues to explore the varied approaches to yoga nidra offered by different lineages and teachers through trainings and independent study, integrating these insights into her offerings. Her offerings blend wisdom, compassion, and presence, creating quiet, nurturing spaces where students can rest, restore, and cultivate a deeper connection to themselves, their practice, and the world around them.
