Thank you for coming to be with me today.

Today we're going to do a process of hip opening that is going to open our channels of receiving across the board in our lives.

It's going to welcome everything that wants to flow toward us from the field of pure potentiality,

From all that abundance is,

From all the different sources,

Every being,

Every opportunity.

So it's necessary to do this practice on your feet today with some space to move around a bit.

I'd like you to start by standing with your feet hip-width apart.

And it's okay if you want to move or wiggle a little bit,

If you already start feeling like creating some fluidity in your body,

That's okay.

If you're not there,

That's also fine if you're standing still.

Your job now is to focus on your breath.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth with an audible exhale.

In my mind,

I like to picture a vapor leaving my body on my exhale,

Almost like I'm trying to knock someone out with my garlic breath.

Breathe deep,

Deep down into your root,

All the way down into your core,

Like you're filling yourself like a barrel with breath.

Your pelvis,

The base of that barrel,

Your stomach,

Your chest,

All filling uniformly with air.

And continuing to release on your exhale.

Just breathe in through your nose,

Just breathing into that sense of fullness,

Bringing all of your awareness inside to your core.

And then seeing the inside of your body,

Almost like your skin is a skin balloon.

And when you breathe in,

Seeing your breath extend all the way down to your fingertips and your toe tips,

All the way up into your crown.

Continue with that same audible exhale.

Really filling,

Filling your skin balloon,

Filling your skin balloon,

All the way full.

And release whatever's ready to go.

You might have a color or a density,

Your exhale,

A certain lightness or darkness to it.

Feel your energy begin to circulate in your body with your breath.

And then slowly bring your awareness all the way down to your hips.

And start to circle them slowly,

Smoothly,

One direction.

For a minute,

Sending your breath down into your pelvis.

And then switching the opposite direction,

Allowing the motion to be very fluid and slow.

If you run into any sticky spots,

Clicky spots,

Stuckness,

Just keep flowing and let it loosen and feel smoother with each pass.

Switch the other direction,

Always remembering a sense of balance.

We're flowing in both directions,

We're creating a reciprocal flow of energy.

So we don't want to favor one direction.

If one is less comfortable than the other,

Just be with that discomfort.

Just let it be there.

Continue to breathe into it.

Continue that release process.

Think of it as sediment breaking up in your body,

Washing out on your breath.

And just let your mind,

Your awareness,

Sit down in your pelvis with this energy as you move it and circulate it.

And just notice,

Notice how the way your energy moves in your body shifts in general,

It starts to circulate a bit differently.

You can move your,

Bend your knees a bit and sort of slither your spine,

Allow yourself to move a bit more like a snake.

Just willing your body to become the embodiment of flow,

Fluidity.

Just allowing what is to run into anything that doesn't flow easily,

Don't fight it.

Just flow in another direction and come back and pass again.

Continuing to breathe all the way down into your pelvis.

It's okay if your mind wanders and forgets to focus on your inhale and your exhale for a bit.

Just keep training your mind back,

Directly fueling that energy down in your sexual center,

In your pelvis,

In your hips.

That feeling of vivaciousness,

Aliveness,

Richness,

Fertility.

It's our connection to all that is.

To all that is.

It's the energy that flows through us,

That flows through us to birth new things in the world.

Whether we're birthing things within ourselves or outside ourselves,

It doesn't matter.

It flows from this rich energy.

Staying focused on your breath,

Really filling your core,

Filling that barrel,

Full to capacity.

And now that you feel that flow of your energy,

Bring your awareness directly to your root,

To the very base of your spine.

At the same time,

The bottoms of your feet hold the same connection as you're standing.

You're like a triangle of connection to Mama Earth.

Your root is the pinnacle.

Breathe directly into your root.

Breathe directly into your root.

And feel the warmth of that connection to Mama Earth.

Still moving your body and allowing it to flow.

Feel that warm pinkish,

Orangish,

Glowy,

Nourishing,

Nurturing,

Supportive,

Holding energy from Mama Earth.

The sense of being held as we stand here.

Breathe into that connection.

And allow that energetic connection,

That channel to widen.

Allow yourself to receive more.

Keep flowing your hips.

Keep circulating that energy throughout your body.

Allowing your root,

Allowing your pelvis to be a portal.

Feel.

Our connection to nature and the divine is accessible through our energetic body.

All we have to do is feel and know we are connected.

Allow that sense of connection to flow through you.

Know that your place here in this world is important,

Is significant.

And is a valuable contribution to the evolution of mankind.

Know that your magic that flows through you is necessary.

Know that when you win,

Everyone around you wins too.

Know that what you receive inevitably flows from you and into those that surround you.

Know that you are a fountain of unconditional love and wealth.

Feel that in your body.

Breathe deep into that feeling,

That knowing.

You can allow yourself to express vocally anything that wants to flow through you at this point.

Any desires,

Any intentions,

Any visions you have for yourself,

For your future,

For those you love.

Allow it to flow from you as you speak it.

You bring it forth from the field of pure potentiality.

As you speak it,

You make it true.

Breathe into that readiness to receive.

That beautiful feeling of being in reciprocal flow.

Remembering to create balance and flow in both directions.

To give and receive.

Your soul is here to give your own unique magic and medicine.

Through your own beautiful individual channel for your soul.

Allow your movement to slow and still.

Simplify it and bring it back down to the breath.

Allow yourself to embody stillness.

Wholeness.

Quiet connection.

When you're ready,

You can bring your awareness back outside yourself and into the room.

And re-engage.
