This Yoga Nidra practice will take you into a gentle and softening journey into your own consciousness to release tension, find peace, rest & quality sleep. Explore and savour the twinkling river of stars that stretches across the night sky. Experience the magic of night as a red moon dips down below the ocean and the phosphorescence (a.k.a bioluminescence) dances through the water at your feet. Deeply connect to the healing qualities of nature in the safety and comfort of your own space & finally, tuck yourself into your cozy bed and drift slowly into a blissful and restful sleep. Use this practice to guide you into sleep at night or any other time of day when you need rest. There are no closing words - the music will continue to play and slowly fade out as you fall asleep.
