This Yoga Nidra will guide you through the layers of consciousness from awareness the physical body, to breath, into imagination & finally, into a deep state of meditative sleep. Use the symbol of the lotus flower to discover your own inner wisdom and resilience to grow and transform in the darkness, all the while falling into a restful sleep. There are spoken words throughout the practice and after the practice is complete, the music will continue to play for a few minutes and then slowly fade away, so you can fall into a deep, peaceful sleep.
