Send Love Into Your Future

Use this quick technique to infuse your day and week ahead with love, light, and positive intentions. Send love into your future often, and always remember to draw on that love in any moment that you need it!

Breathing deeply into your heart center.

With every breath,

Feeling the supply of love within you growing bigger and becoming stronger.

You might see the love as a color or a type of energy,

Smoke or liquid flowing around your heart.

Whatever you see is right for you.

Remember that as you are connected to the divine source of the universe that you have access to an unlimited amount of loving energy.

There is no limit on the love that you can draw on and send forth.

Now letting that love overflow from your heart and flow throughout your body from your toes to your fingertips to your face and everywhere in between until your entire body is filled with this pure loving energy.

Feeling this love to keep flowing beyond your body,

Filling up your aura,

The space around you so that you feel as if you are encased in pure unconditional love.

From here you are going to send a steady supply of love into your future.

Remembering that you have an inexhaustible supply.

First,

Seeing it flow into the next few minutes of your life.

Then sending that love through all of the places that you will visit over the next 24 hours.

Feeling love in and around all of the tasks that you have to complete and all of the decisions that you have to make over the next few days of your life.

Infusing every experience in your near future with love,

Peace and unconditional support.

Feeling that when that future becomes your present you will be able to draw on this pure energy to top yourself up if you feel drained,

To hold you if you feel vulnerable or to help you cope with any challenges that might arise.

Feeling on that infinite supply of love and sending it forward once again now.

Sending it as far as you are able to go.

Sending droplets of love all the way into your foreseeable future.

Taking a deep breath and bringing yourself back into the present moment now.

Feeling with your body and opening your eyes when you are ready.
