This meditation will guide you to balance,
Open and align your heart chakra,
The center that governs hope,
Forgiveness and love.
Settling comfortably into your space,
Breathing deep into your body,
Feeling your chest,
Your belly and sighing as you exhale,
Inviting another deep breath in,
Feeling your chest and your belly and sighing on the out-breath deeply and fully.
With your next deep and purposeful inhale,
Collecting everything that no longer serves you today and releasing the energy with a long and intention filled exhale,
Letting it go and connecting with the present moment.
Focusing upon your next inhale,
Directing this cleansing breath directly into your heart chakra.
This is your body's fourth energy center and is located in the middle of your chest.
Drawing each breath now into your heart chakra and breathing out from your heart chakra.
As you breathe,
Noticing how this area feels,
Watching out for any tightness,
Blocks or resistant energy around your heart.
The intention of this exercise is to open,
Heal,
Align and restore your heart chakra.
This chakra governs your experience of love,
Your ability to give,
Receive and forgive and your outlook on life.
If this chakra is out of alignment,
You might experience relationship issues,
Difficulty receiving support or love,
Stinginess,
Lack mentality,
Fear of losing it all,
Lack of care or compassion for others,
Post-traumatic stress or problems in the heart,
Lungs,

Glands or shoulders.

This meditation will guide you to align your heart chakra so that all of your energy systems flow and work harmoniously together.
Now visualizing a vibrant green light in your heart region.
This light begins to expand and starts to swirl gently,
Opening up and energizing your heart chakra.
See this area glowing bright green and opening further as you release any blocks in your heart.
Now seeing yourself in a beautiful garden filled with flowers,
Wandering through the garden down the path towards a garden bed filled with rose bushes.
Noticing a green glowing energy surrounding the bushes and drawing your eyes to one particular rose bud.
This rose is not like the rest of them as it has vibrant green petals.
The petals are still closed up tight.
Watching the rose patiently as the outer petals slowly begin to unfurl now.
As the rose ever so slowly opens,
Feeling a correlation in your heart,
Feel that loving energy expanding within your own heart as this glorious green rose opens and blooms.
Feeling intently as the rose unfurls even more into a large green flower.
The largest rose that you've ever seen.
In the heart of the rose glows an emerald green light that beams out as the flower opens to its fullest.
Seeing your heart center expanding with the energy of love and kindness,
Your heart is glowing with compassion and peace.
Allowing this love to flow all around your body,
Sending love and acceptance to yourself.
Saying to yourself,
I love myself.
I am worthy of love.
I give love freely without expectation.
Extending this unconditional love now out into the world.
Bringing to mind a relationship or person that might need some additional love today.
Bringing in the essence of forgiveness to work its magic.
Bringing this love and compassion out into the world,
Knowing that it will land where it's needed the most.
Letting go of any remaining blocks within your heart area.
Allowing the chakra to function at its optimum.
As your heart opens and that green light glows bright,
Feel your confidence and your self-belief increasing.
Feel yourself opening up to accept your circumstances,
Accepting the people in your life and accepting yourself.
Letting go of fear and beliefs that have been holding you back.
Taking a deep cleansing breath to release anything that no longer serves you.
Allowing your intuition to give you some ideas on things that you can do to operate with more love and kindness in every moment.
Feeling your energy restored and aligned with your heart chakra open and strong.
Coming back to your breathing now and re-anchoring yourself back in your physical body.
