Taking some long,
Slow,
Deep breaths.
Relaxing any tightness in your body and just bringing yourself into this moment right now.
Letting your thoughts go.
If you find yourself becoming distracted,
Just gently bringing yourself back to the here and now.
Focusing on the rhythm of your breath,
On the sound of my voice or on the visualization that we're about to embark on.
Be gentle with yourself,
Allowing yourself to notice the sounds around you without being pulled into them.
Just letting the distractions go as quickly as they arrived.
Breathing deeply.
And now visualizing a beam of pure white light coming down from above.
Allow this healing light to wash over you,
Surrounding your body,
Dancing around your aura.
Cleansing,
Clearing,
Energizing.
Taking a deep breath and inviting this divine white light into your body now.
See or feel it coming in through the soles of your feet.
Slowly sending it upward throughout your entire body.
Washing away any blocks.
Revitalizing each and every cell in your body.
And as you do this,
Preparing yourself for the healing that is about to take place.
During this guided journey you will come face to face with an aspect of yourself that has been disowned,
Unloved and kept in the dark.
As you send this white light around your body,
Summoning the part of you which needs healing the most.
Feeling completely cleansed and relaxed by this healing energy.
Taking another slow,
Deep breath.
And now seeing yourself standing before an elevator door which opens as you approach.
As you enter,
The door closes softly behind you and you notice that there are two buttons.
One for up and one for down.
Start your journey by pressing the down button and feel the elevator travelling slowly downward.
As you travel deeper down into yourself,
Prepare to meet a part of you that has been disowned,
Suppressed,
Unloved or that you have had trouble accepting.
It could be a part of you that you believe to be weak,
Worthless,
Shameful,
Bad or wrong.
Or it could be a part of you that is actually positive,
Beautiful,
Successful,
Happy.
Summon that aspect of yourself now,
The one you have been struggling with,
The one you have been avoiding,
The part of you that you do not accept or that you wish were different or that you wish were not a part of you at all.
As the elevator reaches the bottom,
The depths of your being,
Know that when the doors open you will meet with a disowned part of you,
Embodied as a being of some kind.
It may be male,
Female,
Appear like an animal or another type of creature or even an energy being.
Don't question what you see,
Just accept that it is right for you.
When you feel ready,
The doors open,
Allowing you to step out and explore your depths.
You might see a cave,
Basement,
Dungeon or dark room.
Step out into your darkness and notice what this place is like.
This may be the first time that you have ventured into your darkness.
Remember that there is nothing to be afraid of here,
Just curiously observing the place you are in and inviting the disowned part of yourself to step forward and meet with you,
Approaching them slowly and without expectation.
Let them know that you have come here to help them and to better understand yourself.
As you get closer to this being,
Taking note of all of the details you can about how it looks,
What it is struggling with,
What thoughts are running through its mind and how it feels.
Breathe in and let your heart overflow with compassion.
By no fault of its own,
This disowned aspect of you has ended up here without access to love,
Acceptance or light.
Let it know that it is safe and that you are here to help and to heal.
Taking some time now to speak directly with this being,
Letting it have a voice and allowing it to answer your questions.
Asking it,
What do you need more of from me?
What do I need to change in order to achieve my goals?
And how can we work together so that you feel honored and accepted?
Take some time now for that connection to take place and for the time being.
Breathing deeply once again and thanking this part of you for opening up and helping you to heal yourself fully.
Inviting her to come with you now as you turn towards the elevator to leave this place.
Inviting her to come into the light on a journey to meet your higher self.
As the two of you re-enter the elevator,
The doors close behind you.
This time pressing the up button and slowly travelling upward towards your highest realms where your intuitive,
Wise self resides.
When the two of you arrive,
You will be greeted by a being who embodies your accepted and treasured aspects.
The highest form of your soul.
The divinely connected part of you.
As before,
There is no need to question what you see.
Just take in all the details that you can.
As you arrive,
Reassuring your disowned self that it is safe to be here.
That she is loved and accepted.
Taking her hand as the elevator door opens and stepping out into a vast,
Light-filled,
Colourful space.
It might resemble a great hall,
The cloud realm or a nature scene.
In this place,
Coming face to face with your highest self.
Noticing her light,
Her wisdom and her unconditional love.
Taking some time now to have your questions answered and to receive wisdom from this part of you.
And again asking,
What do you need more of from me?
What do I need to change in order to achieve my goals?
And how can we work together so that you feel honoured and accepted?
As you arrive,
Reassuring your disowned self that it is safe to be here.
As you arrive,
You You You You You You You thanking your higher self for sharing her wisdom with you,
Turning to your disowned self and noticing how she's changed now that she's up here in the light,
Inviting her to embrace your higher self and remain here in the light where she can heal and thrive expressing your gratitude for the two of them for their courage in helping you to heal and accept all of yourself and then saying goodbye and re-entering the elevator for the last time as the doors close the elevator begins to travel downward once again on its own bringing you slowly and gently back into your body taking some deep breaths,
Making some gentle movements feeling your fingers,
Feeling your feet using your breath to bring you back into your body feeling your arms,
Your legs,
Your face gently moving bringing yourself back and opening your eyes when you're ready
