With your spiritual support team in tow, you will feel safe and protected as you do this important work to uncover and clear your blocks to success.

Closing your eyes and bringing yourself into this moment.

Breathing on your breath as it gently flows in and out.

Giving yourself this time now to let go of any thoughts or distractions.

Calling all of your attention and energy back into the here and now.

Taking this time to focus on yourself.

Exciting your intention for this practice to uncover and clear out any unhelpful blocks or fears that are getting in the way of your success or progress.

During this practice you will be invited to come face to face with your fears and deepest emotions.

If at any point you need to pause the practice and take a break,

Please do so.

You will benefit from working through your blocks when you are ready and willing,

But not before.

Give yourself all the time that you need in order to make it through this exercise and receive the maximum benefit.

As you breathe,

Feeling peaceful,

Relaxed,

Safe and loved.

Calling in your guides,

Angels,

Soul family and ancestors.

Inviting in all of your spiritual support team to be here with you during this process.

Feeling their unconditional love,

Support and kindness.

Knowing that you will be held and cared for no matter what by these beings who are walking alongside you.

Seeing before you now,

A pair of elevator doors that open as you approach them.

Entering the elevator and feeling the doors close slowly behind you.

Seeing that there are two directions to choose from,

Up or down.

This elevator allows you to travel down into the depths of your being and uncover your fears and challenges.

Knowing that you are carrying all the love and protection from your spirit guides as you embark on this journey.

Feeling the down button and feeling the elevator slowly moving downwards.

Before long you arrive at your first stop.

The doors remain closed for the moment.

Feeling that as you step out of the elevator you will see something that is currently blocking you from your desired success.

You might see a thought,

A belief or behavior pattern.

Or maybe a memory of an experience that left an imprint on you.

Or perhaps your block will be shown to you as a being or an energy of some kind.

Trust whatever it is that is shown to you by your intuitive wisdom.

Knowing that this will be exactly what you need to know at this point in time.

Watching as the doors open now,

Stepping out of the elevator and seeing all the details of your fear,

Challenge or obstacle.

Watching as it plays out.

Observing how this issue has been blocking you and asking it what do you need in order to shift and allow it to answer you.

You might find that simply bringing in some awareness to this issue allows it to clear out on its own.

But if it remains,

That's ok.

Trusting that you can take the required action to work through this issue.

Now returning to the elevator,

Closing the doors and again selecting the down button.

Now you are travelling down even deeper into your being.

Arriving at a fear,

A block or issue that lies underneath the first stop on your journey.

Coming at your second destination and again preparing yourself for what you might see on this level while the doors are still closed.

Knowing that when the doors open in a moment,

You will be shown a deeper layer to your fear or obstacle.

It could be shown to you as a thought,

Belief,

Habit or memory or as some kind of energy or being.

If you are feeling nervous about seeing this part of yourself,

It's ok to press the up button and return to your physical body for now.

But if you're feeling strong and you're willing to continue,

Opening the doors and stepping out of the elevator.

Realising that whatever is being shown to you is exactly what you need to see.

Feel free to scroll through the video notes that focus on ku and kows if you didn't see anything before.

Breathing into any discomfort that might be coming up for you and remind yourself that it is safe to explore this part of yourself.

After all,

This is something that resides within you,

That you desire to heal.

As before,

Observing how this issue has been blocking you and asking it,

What do you need in order to shift or heal?

While you are here in the depths of your being,

Looking around and noticing anything else that feels connected to your success.

Spending some time shedding light and love around this place and seeing if there's anything returning to the elevator once more and reminding yourself that there is in fact nothing to fear about exploring your own truth.

Taking a deep breath as you integrate all of your new found knowledge and insights.

You might already feel free from the blocks that had previously held you back.

Or maybe you at least have some answers on what action to take to shift through these blocks in your own time.

Pressing the up button in the elevator now and feeling yourself travelling back up into your body,

Supported by your spiritual team.

Feeling lighter,

Stronger and more confident within yourself as you arrive back in your physical body.

Breathing breaths and stretching,

Grounding yourself,

Opening your eyes and bringing yourself back to your day.
