Dear one.

Welcome to Sukhoon's one-minute daily meditation for complete beginners.

Now,

Begin with closing your eyes,

Softening your face,

Unclench your jaw.

Relax your shoulders,

Your neck,

And lean back into the surface that supports you.

Let go of anything that no longer serves you.

Surrender to this moment and feel the cool inhalations and warm exhalation of your breath.

Your slow,

Deep breath soothes you,

Caresses you gently,

Softly.

Every exhale takes away anything that no longer serves you.

Now,

Breathe in,

Sukhoon,

Peace and calm,

And breathe out.
