Welcome,

Dear one.

This is Naomi.

Let's begin with closing your eyes.

Take a slow,

Gentle breath in and softly exhale,

Emptying your lungs.

Repeat each affirmation with full conviction and emotion,

As though you're embodying each affirmation,

Like it was already true.

Let's begin.

I am worthy of love exactly as I am.

I honour my body for everything it does for me.

I release comparison,

My journey is my own.

I trust the timing of my life.

I am more than my doubts.

I'm allowed to take up space.

My voice matters.

I forgive myself for my past.

I choose growth and celebrate my growth.

I am enough.
