Welcome,
Dear one.
This is Naomi.
Anger is fire.
It takes over the body.
It clenches your jaw,
Tightens your chest,
And curls your hands into fists.
It makes you feel restless,
Unsettled,
And heavy inside.
Where do you feel your anger,
Dear one?
Feel where it burns.
The mind,
The jaws,
The chest,
The fists.
Acknowledge it fully.
Be aware of anger being present.
This is where we begin.
Now take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Open your mouth wide and shout without a sound.
Let your chest contract,
Your throat open,
Your jaw release.
Again,
Inhale deeply.
Feel the anger erupting within you.
Let it come together.
And exhale in another silent cry.
Empty the pressure inside you.
One more time.
A strong,
Deep breath in.
And a forceful,
Soundless shout,
Letting the fire pour out.
Allow your tears to roll down,
Dear one.
Allow the emptiness of this weight that has just lifted to ache.
Allow yourself to feel lighter,
To feel free.
Unclench your fist.
The right one,
And then the left one.
Shake your hands and arms.
Shake off the leftover pressure.
Shake off the leftover tension.
Now roll your shoulders and rotate your neck.
Feel free.
Feel at ease.
Repeat after me.
I release this anger,
For it no longer serves me.
Once more.
I release this anger,
For it no longer serves me.
If this practice gave you that release,
Leave a 5 star review and help others find a safe space for their own freedom too.
I will see you in the next one.
Om Shanti Shanti Shanti
