I was a little bit lost before I started this meditation and feeling very unsure of myself. In my early attempt at meditation all I could see was a beacon of light that was coming in and out of fog and I didn't know what it meant so this meditation was perfect. By the end of the meditation I actually felt like I couldn't feel the edges of my body, like I was larger than what I actually am physically. I felt an expansion and I felt a worthiness that I haven't felt in a long time. Thank you so much for this meditation and the perfect timing.
