Your pelvis holds more than anatomy - it holds story, tension, wisdom and memory. This guided mapping meditation invites you inward through breath, visualisation and somatic awareness. No physical touch is required. We begin by landing in the body, connecting with the breath and pelvic floor. With full permission as your compass, awareness is gently invited past the first gateway and into your inner landscape. The right side (your masculine) is explored first and then we explore the left side (the feminine). What is present and what is being asked for? This practice draws on somatic body mapping, pelvic awareness and the wisdom held within the root. It is trauma-aware, permission-based and entirely led by you.
