Returning to yourself,
To your creativity,
To your inner becoming.
Returning to yourself through a womb ritual for those post-mothering years.
To remind you that you are opening again.
That this is not an ending.
And to give yourself this moment.
Give you this moment to acknowledge this space that has shifted.
Begin to orient into the space,
Noticing items that are around you,
Noticing where you root into,
Noticing if you could be just 1% more comfortable by adjusting yourself,
Orienting around this space until you find something that feels nourishing that you can gaze with anytime that you need.
The option will remain to remain in a neutral gaze.
And the invitation is to bring eyes to a close.
Whatever you need in this moment.
Allow yourself this moment to acknowledge exactly where you are physically.
And emotionally and spiritually.
Noticing the way that your space has changed.
Perhaps there's more quiet.
Perhaps it's slower.
Sometimes this absence can feel nuanced.
It can feel like a relief.
And it can feel like an ache.
There can be a longing.
And I can feel this spaciousness that exists just for you So checking in with where you are.
Right now.
In this season.
Checking in with your body in this season.
In your life as it stands now.
Beginning to connect to the breath,
Nothing to change.
Just to be.
As you continue with your breath.
Gently notice.
What and where has softened in this moment?
And begin to notice.
What and where feels unfamiliar to you.
Continue to breathe in and out without forcing anything and noticing the rhythm of you without constantly tending outward.
The breath,
Its rhythm.
And now allow that breath to deepen ever so slightly.
Maybe even bringing in a constriction at throat to hear that breath within the silence.
Bringing your awareness of this breath deeper into the body,
Down towards the pelvic area,
Specifically into the womb space.
Whether a physical space of the womb exists or not,
The energy remains the same.
Bring your awareness to this energetic center of the body.
Your mind and body knows exactly where that is.
This womb space holds memory.
Holds creation.
Holds life a force but not only for children it's for you.
What lives here,
Now.
Is there an idea waiting?
A pull towards something you've set aside,
Or a quiet curiosity.
There's no need to name anything,
Unless that feels welcomed.
But just beginning to notice this space,
In this pause.
Continue to check in with your thoughts.
Who are you when you are not needed in the same way?
Allowing for whatever that arises to be here.
There is no rush to redefine yourself.
This is a return.
Returning to the parts of you that were always there,
Just waiting for the space.
Continuing with your breath and continuing to connect with your pelvis and the breath.
With each in how there's a gathering.
And with each exhale it's a soft release of who you had to be.
Inhaling.
.
.
Gathering into their space.
Exhaling,
Releasing who you have to be.
This is your permission slip to create again if you are not creating.
Simply to create without urgency,
Without purpose and without being watched or needed.
This is an invitation to return to your creative center for you.
Place a hand on your womb.
Or on your heart,
Or both.
You are still a portal.
But now you get to choose what moves through you.
Continue to stay here.
For as long as you need.
Listening.
And when you are ready.
You can carry this quiet knowing with you.
This knowing that you are still a portal and that you get to choose what moves through you.
Holding you as this moment closes and you remain for as long as you need in this space.
With love.
