The ileocecal valve, your ICV, sits where your small and large intestines meet, near your right hip. This often-overlooked valve plays a powerful role in digestion, bloating, tension and overall gut health. This meditation invites you to tend to it consciously. We begin by orienting and breathing into the abdomen, nourishing the digestive organs with breath and awareness. You will gently map your intestines, noticing how your body holds and moves food and where ease or challenge lives. From there, guided touch brings you to the ICV, a specific fist-like point between your right hip bone and navel. Using alternating light and deep circular pressure, you are invited to explore sensation: heat, tingling, release or simply presence. This is a somatic, body-led practice. There is nothing to fix, only to feel, tend and integrate. Supportive for bloating, digestive discomfort, gut tension, constipation and nervous system regulation through the gut-body connection.
