This guided visualization is designed to help bolster your self-belief and increase your chances of achieving success.
So the first thing I'd like you to do is get yourself really comfortable,
You can sit down,
Lie down or stand up,
As long as you are comfortable in somewhere that you won't be disturbed for a few minutes.
When you're ready,
Gently close your eyes and start to mindfully pay attention to the in-breath and the out-breath,
Just notice the breath as it moves in and out of your body.
And in order to really relax,
What we're going to do is breathe in to the count of four and breathe out to the count of four.
So let's breathe in,
In one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
And out one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Let's do that again,
In one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
And out one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
One more time,
In one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
And out one,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Now let your breath just return to its natural rhythm and feel yourself get more and more relaxed with every breath you take.
With each in-breath,
Imagine you're breathing in success,
Confidence and power,
And with each out-breath,
Imagine that you're ridding yourself of any self-doubt,
Any pesky roadblocks.
Breathing in confidence,
Power,
Success,
Breathing out fear,
Doubt,
Anxiety,
Setbacks,
Roadblocks.
Just continue to notice the breath and allow yourself to let go of any feelings of self-doubt with every out-breath.
Now I'd like you to think about an area of your life that you're looking to find success in.
Is it love?
Is it career?
Is it a creative pursuit?
Is it a health or well-being goal?
Define it.
Tell yourself exactly what you want to be successful in.
I'd like you to imagine yourself experiencing this success.
What will you look like?
What's the expression on your face like?
Where are you?
Who are you with?
What does it feel like?
Visualize all the juicy details as you continue to breathe in and out.
And if your mind wanders,
Look perfectly normal.
When you notice your mind has wandered,
Just gently bring your attention back to the breath and to your visualization.
And I really do want you to spend some time enjoying this success.
So whatever it is that you're looking to achieve,
Whether it's health,
Wealth,
Creativity,
Love,
A new home,
Imagine yourself there in your mind's eye.
If you can see it,
You can achieve it.
And if you can feel it,
You'll raise your vibrations,
You'll raise your energy to match the frequency of actually attracting it to you.
And just luxuriate.
Look around you in your mind's eye.
You're successful.
You've achieved what you want to achieve.
What does it feel like?
Who's around you?
What does it smell like?
What do you look like?
What are you wearing?
Who are you with?
What can you see?
What can you hear?
Remember that with every in-breath,
You're inhaling confidence and exhaling any self-doubt.
And very gently just let go of the visualization.
And now,
Just repeat after me,
Either out loud if that's appropriate,
Or silently to yourself.
