Welcome gently close your eyes straighten your spine and tuck your chin I invite you to come in with me Inhale from your belly feeling all the way up to your collarbone With control exhale completely Consciously relax your hips your shoulders Relax your neck ears and forehead Observe your body rise with your inhale Relax on your exhale Reconnect with your body with your fingers and toes and whenever you are ready slowly open your eyes
