Welcome to this Hobonobo prayer meditation.

I invite you to find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.

There is no right or wrong here.

Straighten your spine.

Gently pull your shoulders down and back.

Tuck your chin in towards your spine to lengthen your neck.

Now,

I invite you to come inward with me.

All there is to do is to listen to my voice and observe your breath.

Take a moment to observe your breathing.

Is it through your nose or your mouth?

Is it shallow or deep?

Slow or fast?

On your next inhale,

I invite you to take the deepest breath you have taken today.

Through your nose,

Inhale,

Filling your abdomen,

Chest,

And then collarbone.

Inhale with control.

In your mind's eye,

I invite you to repeat after me.

Deep breath in and mentally repeat after me.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Bring your attention back to your breath.

Notice if it's changed at all.

Deep breath in.

Mentally repeat after me.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Let the energy move in your body.

This may manifest as tears.

That's okay.

Deep breath in.

Mentally repeat after me.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Now let's pull our attention deeper by adding our name.

I invite you to add your name onto the end of each phrase.

So now you mentally repeat,

I'm sorry,

And your name.

Please forgive me and your name and so on.

Let's continue.

Bring your attention back to your breath.

Deep breath in.

Mentally repeat after me and feel free to add your name at the end.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Let's do it one more time.

Mentally feel into the words and I invite you to add your name.

Deep breath in.

Mentally repeat after me.

I'm sorry.

Please forgive me.

Thank you.

I love you.

Release the mantra.

And I invite you to look inside and see how you feel.

Watch your body gently rise and fall.

And now I invite you to bring your awareness back to the physical world.

Bring your attention to your body where your body contacts the floor or chair beneath you.

Bring your awareness to gravity.

Feel where it's gently pulling on your physical body.

I invite you to gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

Whenever you're ready,

I invite you to slowly open your eyes.

The return of thisization encourages the awareness of the world.

You
