Good morning and welcome to this alignment meditation.
I invite you to find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.
Straighten your spine.
Gently pull your shoulders down and back.
Stick your chin back towards your spine with your jaw parallel to the floor.
This creates a line for your energy to flow up and down your spine.
Now I invite you to come inward with me.
Know that there is nothing left to do but listen to my voice and observe your breath.
Take a moment to notice your breathing.
Is it through your nose or your mouth?
Is it shallow or deep?
Slow or fast?
Smooth or rough?
Do you tend to push it or hold it?
On your next inhale,
I invite you to take the deepest breath you have taken this morning.
Inhale through your nose,
Filling your abdomen,
Chest and then collarbone.
Hold.
And with control,
Exhale through your nose.
Pull your abdomen towards your spine to get all the air out.
Now let's consciously align our vibration.
Bring to mind someone you love unconditionally with no strings attached.
This could be a family member or a mentor.
Visualize that person in front of you running at you,
Jumping into your arms.
Hug them with all of your love.
Let yourself smile.
Imagine holding them close.
And feel your body fill with a warm and faster vibration.
Look inside and notice how you feel.
Inhale slowly.
Exhale completely.
Now let's send this energy throughout the rest of your day.
We are going to let our body feel what it's like to have your tasks completed.
As your body will be drawn to actions throughout your day that will reproduce this vibration.
Bring to mind three things you need to accomplish today.
Visualize the universe aligning with you to assist you in every way to get all of these things done.
Visualize your interactions and tasks being completed easily.
Visualize laying down to bed tonight and how your body will feel with your tasks accomplished.
Let this vibration fill up your body.
Allow your body to understand this vibration.
Inhale slowly.
And exhale completely.
And now I invite you to bring your awareness back to the physical world.
Bring your attention to your body.
Your body contacts the floor or chair beneath you.
Bring your awareness back to your presence in the room.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
And whenever you are ready,
I invite you to slowly open your eyes.
