Nurture Positivity Through Feeling Good & Thinking Positive

In this meditation, we are nurturing positivity thinking that bring good feeling to our body and mind by observing the positive sensations throughout the body. We will explore many ways and techniques to find these positivities in our emotions and sensations. Regardless if these are small or big, we can start holding on to them by using our equanimity and concentration skills.

Hello.

In today's meditation,

We're going to focus on nurture positive thinking that brings us the good feeling.

So we are going to explore the feel-good technique and we are going to work with positive feeling emotions in our body.

And we are also going to explore the constration of our sensory,

Of what we hear,

See,

Feel.

And we are also going to develop or use that equanimity in this process so we can see how we are feeling and where this positive thinking is coming from,

What sort of feeling is bringing to the surface.

So there are many ways,

Many techniques to do this,

But first let's dive in and get ready for our practice.

Find a posture that you can maintain it comfortably without making too many adjustments.

Feeling relaxed in your posture but alert.

So just shaking with your posture and make sure that everything is right on.

You're welcome to have your eyes closed to reduce the visual stimulation if that works for you better.

Or you can have soft gaze,

Have eyes open and you're looking through things,

Not at things,

And relaxing.

So just find that and see if we are ready for this practice today.

So the first thing we are going to do is to find something positive emotion that is available.

You can feel it,

You can sense it in this moment.

And there are a few ways that you can do that and you can discover that positive feeling or good emotion feelings.

So we'll do come with the easy one and we'll go through some other ones that we have to really find them.

So one easy way is just to pay attention on any positive attention that you might be presenting at this moment without trying to search for it.

It probably is right here at the tip of your fingers.

So let's take a moment and observe the body and see where we are holding these positive feelings.

Certain positive emotions,

It could be as simple as I feel my chest expanding and contracting easily with the breath,

Feeling so relaxed or feeling my breath moving smoothly and give me the feeling of relaxation and feeling good.

Feeling positive about my breath,

About my posture.

So just take a moment and find any of these positive sensations or emotions that are arising by themselves and kind of make you feel good.

It could be anything.

See if you can bring your concentration on that part and stay there for a few breaths.

We are selectively concentrating on positive sensation that we are soaking into them.

We're also creating some clarity in our mind as where in our body this positive feeling or emotion is representing or arising in our body.

Just notice that and concentrate.

In my case of exhaling,

I feel this beautiful gravity pulling me down,

Beautiful energies pulling me down and making my whole shoulder,

Neck and spine to relax even more.

And so I connect with that beautiful emotion,

Beautiful positive sensation.

And in your case could be anything that you're experiencing.

Just focus and concentrate on that.

It would be great if we take time and find out more about these type of feeling that they arise,

Give us amazing great feeling,

Positivity and they're always there if we just selectively choose and concentrate with a clear mind.

See if you can notice if this emotion or sensation has any shape,

Color,

Size,

You see it's a tiny bit,

Is it a big thing,

Is it a good quality,

Not good quality,

No judgment,

Just observe the sensation of this positivity of this positive feeling in your body.

So let's do our best to let everything around it that come and go without getting attached to them,

To this thought or shift our attention.

Just stay with this positivity,

With this nice feeling rising from your body.

We keep holding on the positive feeling even if it is a small feeling,

If it's a tiny bit,

Just that feel of relaxing in the neck,

In the spine,

In the face,

The tip of nose,

Whatever you're experiencing,

Even if it's a tiny bit,

You hold on to that sensation.

And if you find yourself not finding this positive feeling,

Emotions or sensation,

You can feel it in your body or sensations.

And if it's not present,

That's okay,

That's perfectly okay.

I invite you to use your thinking power and bring a mental image to your mind of a person you love or admire that give you that positive feeling,

A positive energy.

Anytime you talk to them,

You see them,

Whether it's close by,

Whether it's far away,

Always this beautiful positive energy that they give you and you feel so amazing.

So maybe you want to bring that mental image to your mind and stay with that image.

And sometime,

If that also not available,

You can work with mantra,

A simple word like my I be happy,

My I be peaceful,

My I be joyful,

My I be kind.

You can generate this mantra in your auditory space to hear your own voice inward and repeating that mantra.

It give you a beautiful positive feeling,

Positive affirmation,

And you just stay with it and allow everything else around it to stay back there using equanimity with this beautiful repeating mantra.

So we are trying to build that positive feeling.

And our body and mind by using all these different ways,

Techniques to radiate or even spread the positivities in our mind and feeling the positivity of emotions arising.

And if all these are not available or they're challenging for you today,

You can find another way to find your positivity is by simply smile,

Any smile,

Small,

Half,

A quarter,

A large can relax our nervous system and bring positivity just by simply smiling.

Every smile and all those different techniques can bring happiness,

Lightness,

And if you pay attention to it,

It might spread through the entire body,

Bringing more pleasant feeling,

More positive feeling.

So I invite you to select any of these techniques that can bring the positive feeling through your body.

It could be just right there in your body and you can notice it.

You can create a mental image,

A person you love or you admire.

You can say a mantra or you can just smile.

Any of these can help you get close to that pleasant feeling and positive feeling.

So let's focus on,

Concentrate on this and letting everything else to stay behind so we can enjoy this positivity sensation and feel good.

We continue focusing,

Concentrating and if thoughts start jumping in our mind and try to take us away,

Simply we ignore them.

Continue connecting with your positivity.

Let's relax.

It's always easy to stay with the positive emotions without getting lost into many thoughts because these positive emotions are bringing good feeling.

We kind of like to stay with things that give us good feeling.

And remember,

The more we concentrate on our positivity,

The more they can grow bigger.

You can notice them more and the bigger they become,

The easier to concentrate on them and they become a normal habit,

Become natural thing to absorb them and to notice them.

I invite you if you feel comfortable,

You can also share your positivity experience with others that you care for.

Spreading positivity bring us a great feeling,

A feeling of good feeling.

So if we practice every day just a little bit time to spend on focusing on positive thinking and staying positive,

It feels good and we will feel good every day.

Are we allowing our wonderful dreams and positive thinking to become bigger that the fear disappear and the negative thinking disappear and the positive thinking grow and become bigger?

As we all know,

Positive thinking make us stronger for every day in our life.

We can handle more negative things when they come.

As this moment,

We concentrate just on that feeling.

As they say,

Optimism is a happiness magnet.

If you stay positive,

Good things,

Good opportunities and good people will be drawn to you that makes you happy.

This bring us to the end of our practice today,

The nurture positive thinking.

See if you can start practicing some of this today to become stronger in your emotions,

In your thinking and you can spread that positivity to the people you care for as well.
