Welcome to this meditation designed to help you navigate through difficult times by simply being present with what unfolds,
Allowing your body to settle into a comfortable position,
Letting your eyes gently come to a close,
Noticing how your breath flows naturally without effort,
Allowing each breath to invite you into this present moment where it is happening,
Feeling the support of the surface beneath you,
Knowing that in this very moment it is okay to rest,
Noticing when your mind begins to wander,
Knowing that this is perfectly natural,
Simply being aware is enough,
Noticing any areas of tension in your body right now,
There is no need to change anything,
Simply observing what is present in this moment,
Allowing each sensation to be a message,
Guiding you to understand your experience in this moment,
Allowing kindness and compassion to settle for your body and all that it does every day of your life,
Observing any emotions that are present within you,
Acknowledging that you might feel or uncertainty about the future,
Whatever arises,
Allowing it to be here in this moment of stillness,
There is no need to push away these feelings,
Knowing that with time they pass away,
Acknowledging that whatever you feel in this moment is valid,
Knowing that you are not alone in this experience,
Allowing each breath to ground you in this very present moment,
That you are alive,
Knowing that your feelings are a natural part of being alive,
Showing you that in this very moment you are full of life,
Noticing what thoughts are present in this moment with you,
Where do these thoughts come from,
Where do these thoughts go when they pass away,
It is okay when you notice thoughts pulling you away,
Noticing thoughts in this very moment is the essence of this practice,
Each time you find yourself caught up in thoughts,
Gently with kindness,
Allowing your awareness to settle on your breath once again,
Acknowledging that your breath is always here with you throughout every day of your life,
Always allowing you to come back home inside of yourself in this very moment,
Allowing yourself to simply be here in this moment of stillness and peace,
There is nothing to fix,
Nothing to change,
In this very moment you are complete,
Just as you are,
Knowing that the beauty of life lies in seeing each moment as it is and embracing it as a moment of life,
Allowing your breath to anchor you in this moment where you are still and at rest,
Feeling how your body moves gently and peacefully with each breath,
Observing how when your body finds peace in stillness,
Your mind also finds peace in this present moment of rest,
Gently allowing your attention to come back into the room and the space around you,
Feeling the weight of your body fully supported by the surface beneath you,
While you simply rest here in this moment,
As you begin to carry out the rest of your day,
Moving forward with kindness towards yourself in whatever lies ahead,
As you feel ready,
Gently and slowly allowing your eyes to open,
