Observing any feelings of defeat or uncertainty about the future. Allowing yourself to just be here with these feelings without forcing any solutions. What does uncertainty feel like in your body right now? Where do you feel it the most inside of you? Acknowledging that your emotions also come and go just like thoughts. Knowing when emotions arise and how they linger, eventually fading away. No emotion lasts forever.

Welcome to this meditation for trusting in the unseen path forward,

Allowing yourself to settle into a comfortable position,

Letting your eyes gently come to a close,

Knowing it's simply by being here in this moment you are quietly experiencing growing trust in yourself,

Noticing how your breath flows in and out naturally without effort,

Feeling your body resting in this very moment,

Observing how the weight of your body is fully supported by the surface beneath you,

Remembering that the foundation of awareness is simply noticing there is no need to change anything in this very moment,

Acknowledging that it is natural to feel unsure or even defeated at times,

Knowing in this very moment you are not alone in these feelings,

Allowing each breath to bring you into this present moment,

Observing any thoughts that are here with you right now,

There is no need to hold on to these thoughts or push them away,

Simply being here and observing them is enough,

Acknowledging that with time all thoughts pass away by themselves,

Knowing that this is the essence of mindfulness,

Observing the moment as it is without doing anything,

Acknowledging in life just like in meditation things come and go,

Understanding that this is the fundamental truth of our existence,

Everything changes and that is okay,

Noticing when frustration or impatience with this process arises,

Greeting these feelings with kindness,

Knowing that they are part of your unique journey in life,

Noticing how your breath flows naturally and continuously by itself,

Observing any feelings of defeated or being uncertain about the future,

Allowing yourself to just be here with these feelings without forcing any solutions,

What does uncertainty feel like in your body right now,

Where do you feel it the most inside of you,

Acknowledging that your emotions also come and go just like thoughts,

Knowing when emotions arise and how they linger,

Eventually fading away,

No emotion lasts forever,

Allowing empathy for your own struggles as you would for a close friend,

Knowing deep inside you that you deserve this compassion and understanding,

Feeling your body resting in this moment of stillness,

Noticing how your breath flows in and out of your body at its own pace,

Acknowledging that your breath is an example of nature at work within you,

Allowing trust to settle in in the natural flow of your life,

Just as you trust the flowing of your breath to keep you alive and well,

Understanding that trust is not passive,

Trust requires an active engagement with life,

Accepting each moment as it comes without resistance,

Trusting in this moment that you are exactly where you need to be,

Even if it doesn't feel this way right now,

Knowing that your feelings of defeat are a part of your path,

Guiding you to deeper understanding and resilience in your life.

When you find yourself captured by thoughts,

Gently noticing how your belly expands and contracts with each breath in this very moment,

Knowing deep inside you that life truly happens in this moment,

Gently bringing your awareness back into the room and the space around you,

Noticing how your body rests in stillness,

Allowing your mind to find peace,

Remembering that each moment is a new beginning,

A chance to start again with the wisdom gained from your past,

As you prepare to continue the rest of your day,

Allowing gratitude for yourself for being here in this difficult moment,

Being gentle with yourself as you continue your day,

As you feel ready,

Gently and slowly allowing your eyes to open.
