Allowing yourself to observe any feelings of urgency that are here with you right now. Where do you feel this urgency in your body? Is there a tightness in your chest? Or perhaps restlessness in your legs? Knowing that it is completely natural for your body to feel this way, gently acknowledging exactly as you feel in this moment. Knowing that these urges to do something right now will pass away.

Welcome to this meditation session,

Where we will practice letting go of urgency.

Allowing yourself to settle into a comfortable position.

Letting your eyes gently come to a close.

Knowing that you are safe here.

Everything is as it should be in this very moment.

Noticing as your breath flows in and out naturally.

Feeling as your belly expands and contracts with each breath.

Allowing yourself to settle in stillness.

Letting your breath anchor you in this moment where it is happening.

Allowing yourself to observe any feelings of urgency that are here with you right now.

Where do you feel this urgency in your body?

Is there a tightness in your chest?

Or perhaps a restlessness in your legs?

Knowing that it is completely natural for your body to feel this way.

Gently acknowledging exactly as you feel in this moment.

Knowing that these urges to do something right now will pass away.

Allowing yourself to remain in stillness.

Finding peace as your body rests here in this moment.

When you find yourself getting carried away by thoughts.

Gently with kindness.

Coming back to the feeling of your belly expanding and contracting with each breath.

Noticing once again how your breath continues to flow naturally and without effort.

Knowing in this very moment that thoughts come and go.

And as they do,

Acknowledging that your breath remains here with you every day of your life.

Gently allowing your awareness to come back into the room and the space around you.

Feeling how your body rests while being fully supported by the surface beneath you.

As you prepare to continue your day.

Remembering that each moment is a new beginning in this present moment of life.

As you feel ready,

Gently allowing your eyes to open.
