This period of burnout affected him on multiple levels—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Searching for a path to recovery, Stenli turned to yoga which turned out to be blessing in regaining his health and well-being. During his yoga teacher training, he found a deep connection with restorative yoga and the practice of mindfulness meditation. This practice not only aided in his recovery but also ignited a new passion in him. Stenli now teaches restorative yoga and guides meditations while helping others move inward into inner peace.
