Take a deep breath in and squeeze your whole body.

Breathe out and release.

Squeeze.

Release.

Relax your whole body.

Relax your face muscles,

Your shoulders,

Your belly,

Your legs,

Your lower back.

Feel your feet firm on the ground.

You are safe.

Everything is okay.

Keep breathing in and out with long exhales,
