At Move to Heal, her aim is to assist individuals, in overcoming mental health issues, especially those arising from trauma in a somatic approach that involves reconnecting the body and mind through movement practices and mindfulness. Dieiny learned many skills and became a teacher and a coach of many practices after she went thorugh a very severe burnout due to complex trauma. She`s been diagnosed with ADHD, Autism and Sensory Processing Disorder and struggled with anxiety and depression most of her life. She transformed her pain into power when she decided to go deep into her strugles, learn from it and share her love, passion and healing with others.
