Let's take a few minutes to center.

When uncentered,

We tend to feel scattered and unable to focus our intentionality on carrying through on a thing,

Whether big or small.

Start with sitting in a comfortable chair where you can feel your feet on the ground.

Feel your shoulders and your back being supported behind you and your seat underneath,

Along with the back of your thighs,

Your knees,

And calves,

All the way down to the bottoms of your feet on the floor.

Feel this connection from bottom to top or top to bottom,

Like a lovely string of pearls.

Now take a moment to notice your breath without doing anything about it.

Notice whether it's shallow or deep,

Light,

Slow,

Or quick.

Notice how breath happens without your effort.

You can simply trust your breath to keep breathing for you.

Dropping in now to your center,

Which is the area behind your heart and in front of your spine.

So feel into this space behind your heart and notice how it feels there.

Do you notice or sense a space or that there could be a space?

See whether you sense openness or congestion behind your heart and in front of your spine.

You can sense potential for even more space,

More spaciousness,

More delicious freedom.

On your next exhale,

Just drop your breath into the space.

Invite this effortless sense of gravity happening for you with the breath moving downward.

Just dropping in.

Your chest rises and falls and as it falls,

With every exhale,

You open up to inviting more space into this area.

Just a little bit more.

Now let's slightly float this mantra down into your center.

There's nowhere to go,

There's no one to be,

And there's nothing to do.

Again,

There's nowhere to go,

There's no one to be,

And there's nothing to do.

There's nowhere to go,

There's no one to be,

And there's nothing to do.

Feel what happens here.

Can you feel a subtle shift or release?

Maybe a lightening up or a sense of opening or arriving?

Did you just release energy and arrive into this moment?

Again,

There's nowhere to go,

There's no one to be,

And there's nothing to do.

This,

Then,

Right here,

Is permission to be here and only right here.

This is yours.

This is your space,

Your center.

And you are allowed to unconditionally be here for you.

No strings attached.

Exactly as you are.

You don't have to allow your awareness to be pulled to and fro into people and situations and thoughts that you don't want to be involved with.

You can claim this right to be fully here for yourself and drop into your centered awareness anytime that you like.
