There is a spark of divinity flickering within you.
A flame full of eternal love that can never be extinguished.
When we live our lives disconnected from this spark,
We can feel lost,
Overwhelmed,
And consumed by our suffering.
But when we deepen and surrender into the source of all life,
Into our divine nature,
We remember we are held,
Supported,
And loved in each moment as we are.
So dear one,
I invite you to close your eyes now,
Rooting yourself into this moment as you take some deep belly breaths.
Breathing in through the nose,
And letting out an open mouth exhale.
Take a few more deep breaths like this as you arrive with full presence into this moment.
And then let the breath settle into its natural rhythm as you feel into the flow of life beneath your skin,
Greeting your body with gratitude.
Saying hello to your heart that beats with love.
To your belly that rises and falls with every breath.
To your pelvic floor that is infused with power and energy.
And just softening into your beloved body as it is in this moment.
Perhaps silently saying to your body,
I am here,
I see you,
And I love you.
And now I invite you to begin by connecting with Mother Earth.
So bringing your breath and awareness down to your feet.
Imagining roots from your feet descending deeply into the earth.
Spiraling down through soil,
Molten rock,
Into the heat and the heart of earth.
Feel yourself grounded,
Connected,
Deeply rooted.
You are safe here.
You are held by more than just your own being.
This ancient terrain of earth is also here to cradle you,
To support you.
And as you breathe here,
Remember that you too are a part of this earth.
Every step you take,
You are living in connection with the land,
This great body of earth.
And taking a moment to thank our Mother Earth for all that she provides,
All the nourishment and care.
Now keeping the thread of connection with earth,
Bring your awareness now to the top of your head.
Imagining a golden thread from the crown of your head spiraling into the sky.
Meeting cloud and star and universe.
Feeling yourself woven with all life,
Expansive,
Open,
Everlasting.
Continuing to breathe here as you both deepen into earth while also connecting with that vast sky energy.
And then let these two energies come together at your chest as you bring your presence and your breath into the heart space.
Envision a flame here flickering at the center of your being.
A spark of light that is infused with eternal love.
This spark that encompasses everything.
This dear one is your divine spark.
And as you breathe here just rest into your true nature.
Breaking open to the beauty and boundlessness that lives within you.
Now allow this light,
The center of your chest,

Touching every cell,
Every organ,

This radiant light spreads in all directions.

Into the land you reside upon.
