If you are looking for deep relaxation, this Yoga Nidra is for you. We start with intensive sensing and relaxing of the body and go over to soundhealing. First with A, U and Brahmari sounds to release stress, tension and other emotions that you would like to transform, followed by a soundbath of rain, singing bowls and chimes. When the movements of the mind find stilllness, you are resting in your true Self. If you don't want to sleep right away, you can sit up for a short blissful meditation and then go on with your day or meditate a little longer.
