Inhale fully.

Exhale and soften.

Feel the gentle wave of each inhale and each exhale.
Gently place one or both hands over your heart.
Bring your awareness to this space.
The quiet rhythm.
The warmth.
With each inhale,
Feel your heart softly expand,
Creating more space within.
With each exhale,
Allow it to soften and open.
Now,
Let your Sankalpa arise within.
Repeat it silently inside with sincerity.
Feel each word vibrating in your heart.
Pause and repeat again,
Letting the words settle deeper like a seed in fertile soil.
Stay with your Sankalpa for a few moments.
Repeating,
Listening,
Allowing.
Now,
Imagine the light of the new day before you.
See yourself moving through the day with your Sankalpa alive in you.
Notice how you walk.
How you speak.
How you meet others.
Let the energy of your Sankalpa gently guide your imagination.
