Beautiful soul,

To opening the path,

Your day one reflection for the 40-day mantra sadhana.

You've taken your first steps into this sacred journey,

A time of sound,

Presence and transformation.

Before we begin,

Make sure you have your journal nearby in case you'd like to write down your reflections.

Take a comfortable seat,

Bring your awareness to your breath,

Feeling it flow naturally in and out.

Allow yourself to soften into this moment and honour your intention for being here.

Beginning a 40-day journey is an act of courage and devotion.

You've made a commitment to show up,

Not perfectly but sincerely.

Each repetition of the mantra,

Each breath,

Each sound begins to carve a pathway inward.

Take a moment to appreciate your willingness to begin.

Now I invite you to reflect on three questions.

You can listen first and let them settle in your heart.

I will repeat the questions after a while.

How does it feel to commit to 40 days of daily practice?

What intention is guiding you right now?

What kind of support do you need from yourself to stay steady and gentle through this journey?

Take a soft,

Deep breath.

And now I'll repeat the questions once more so you can write them down or pause the track whenever you wish.

You'll have time to write or simply ponder at the end of this track.

What kind of support do you need from yourself to stay steady and gentle through this journey?

As you move into the next days of your practice,

Let your intention stay close like a soft light that guides you.
