This Osho Kundalini Meditation has 4 parts for 10 minutes each. You will be shaking, dancing, sitting in meditation, and then laying in meditation. The guided words are from Osho's description of the meditation, combined with Molly Gene's own words and music. Allow yourself to become the observer as you transition to each phase. Completely let go and get out of the way. Your body knows what to do.

Stand silently and allow your body to start shaking.

Allow the shaking,

Don't do it.

Allow the shaking,

Don't do it.

Stand silently,

Feel it coming,

And when the body starts trembling,

Help it,

But don't do it.

Enjoy it,

Feel blissful about it.

Allow it,

Receive it,

Welcome it,

But don't will it.

Allow your body to start shaking,

But don't do it.

Allow yourself to become like a mirror,

The watcher,

The witnesser,

The experiencer of the shaking.

Reflect everything and do nothing.

Feel the shaking with no comment.

If you force it,

It will become an exercise.

Then the shaking will be there,

But just on the surface.

It will not penetrate you.

You will remain solid,

Stone-like,

Rock-like within.

You will remain the manipulator,

The doer,

And the body will only be following.

The body is not the question.

You are the question.

When I say shake,

I mean your solidity.

Your rock-like being should shake to the very foundations,

So it becomes liquid,

Fluid,

Melts,

Flows,

And when the rock-like being becomes fluid,

Your body will follow.

Then there is no shaker,

Only shaking.

Then nobody is doing it.

It is simply happening.

Then the doer is not.

Allow the shaking.

Don't do it.

Observe the shaking.

Don't do it.

Allow the shaking.

Don't do it.

Observe the shaking.

Don't do it.

Don't do it.

Don't do it.

Observe repressed energy starting to flow.

Become the observer.

Your body shake.

Feel your body.

Observe your energy rising.

Your kundalini is rising.

Watch the shaking.

Now that we have shaked out any repressed energy from where it was blocked,

Allow that energy to flow into a dance form.

Allow the energy that has been spread everywhere to transform as bliss,

As you observe your body dancing.

Dance as if you are celebrating,

As if something tremendous happened,

As if a light has descended into your life.

Dance with joy,

Because the more blissful you are,

The more the energy moves upward,

And the more the energy moves upward,

The more blissful you become.

Dance as if you are intoxicated with intense passion.

Dance as if your body depends on it.

Dance as if each movement is contributing to the success of your life.

Observe the body as you dance your way.

As your body wants to dance.

Watch to move.

Get out of yourself.

Be free.

Come to a seated position.

Allow yourself to get as comfortable as possible with the spine straight.

Close the eyes.

Observe the sensations of the body.

Observe the breath.

Feel the heartbeat.

Sense the energy around you.

Feel the air on your skin.

Notice the mind.

Notice the body.

Notice the spirit.

If any thoughts come to mind,

Any emotions,

Notice the sensations.

Allow the story to fall and come into the sensations.

Become the observer.

As if you are outside of your physical body,

Observing what is happening,

Looking down at you in meditation.

As you observe sensations,

Emotions,

Thoughts,

Notice how they fluctuate,

How they are ever-changing,

How nothing is staying the same.

Allow this current to flow like a river opening up as all this energy flows through the veins in your body.

Visualize an energy at the base of the spine,

A warm,

Sturdy,

Safe,

Powerful energy.

Notice as it swirls around,

Circling up the spine.

Feel your spine start to light up from the base,

Low back,

Middle of the back,

Up behind the heart space,

Between the shoulder blades,

Up the back of the neck,

And out of the crown of the head.

Allow this energy to radiate out from your spine,

Out from the core of your being,

And into all of your limbs,

All the way down to your fingertips,

All the way down to your toes.

Start to feel it shine out of your physical body,

Strengthening your aura,

Feeling the power of kundalini fill your body,

Fill your energetic body,

Opening up to this power,

This power that has risen within you.

Come to lie down on your back,

Allow yourself to absorb the benefits and higher vibration you have cultivated within your practice.
