This is a time to slow down,
To be present,
Here,
Nowhere to go,
Nothing to do.
Just shift from doing to just be.
This is a time to connect with your deepest self,
A moment to listen,
To discover.
I invite you to keep your spine straight and chin slightly down so the energy can flow easily through our body.
Try to do so during all practice,
To be mindful to keep your spine straight,
Comfortable but straight.
And now taking two breaths together to release any tension or stress stored in our body.
Let's take a big and deep breath in to bring in air and calm.
Breathe in and breathe out,
Release any tension,
Stress.
You can even shake your body a little bit from a sitting position.
Let's do one more big inhale deep and long and exhale it out.
Beautiful.
And now we can start relaxing our full body,
Starting softening your shoulders,
Relaxing your full body to your feet,
Connecting with your breathing,
That it's deep and conscious,
Deep and conscious.
Allowing the inhalation to be as deep as the exhalation,
Using to try a rhythmic breathing with your nose,
Allowing the breath to flow on its nature,
Bringing in the breath with peace and exhale it out.
That anything that is not yours or holding you back from your true self,
You are love.
You are free to express who you are.
Loving yourself fully without limitation,
Doped and keeping the breathing to be flows in and out through your nose,
Calm and deep breath.
Really rich make breathing,
Same inhalation,
Same exhalation.
Calming the mind to be sharp and relaxed and cultivating awareness that is here and everywhere.
Aware of your smooth and deep breath that flows naturally,
Allowing the breath to take you deeper and deeper to explore more discovering your truth with a calm and sharp mind.
Observing the thoughts as they are,
Welcoming the thoughts or feeling with no judgments,
Only love and acceptance.
And focusing on your breathing that allows you to bring you back to your present moment,
Which is now here.
Using the mind,
Engaging the mind just to follow your breath in and out and softening more and more your breathing to be shorter and shorter,
Calmer and calmer.
Always giving the attention to your breathing to be constant,
Sharp.
And we are just still being aware of our breathing,
Welcoming any thoughts that comes without any rejection or judgment,
Just observing them being the touch and then coming back with your sharp mind to your breathing with the attention of the present moment in and out.
The more we develop to be present on your breath,
The more we can switch from the left brain to the right one,
Where is our spiritual side,
Our side where we can have imagination,
Creativity,
Our inner child.
And we can just leave for a moment our thinking and monkey mind for a moment.
And the breath is the most powerful thing,
So it's the one that anchors you to the present moment.
So try really to cultivate the awareness and the attention to be focused always in your breathing,
In and out.
And it's completely okay,
It's normal still for me as well,
That many thoughts are coming,
Our mind is always wandering.
And just it's okay,
Allow it to wander,
Let come and go any feeling,
Also thoughts,
And come back to your breathing in and out,
In and out.
Beautiful.
And now slowly take a breath in to bring you back to ground.
And with the exhalation,
Slowly to open your eyes.
And our meditation is finished.
