Gratitude is a powerful tool to cultivate in our lives, the more we appreciate life and learn to hold the frequency of gratitude the more we are anchored to the power of the present moment where all magic happens, and the more we live the present moment more there is no light for low vibration emotion to enter, focusing our attention on the present moment for gratitude and joy, and that are the only high vibration state that we can attract abundance and manifest our new reality from. I believe that if we shift expectation to appreciation we change our entire life, a happier state where we see our world differently, living our life on high vibration of joy, gratitude, and love.

Hi,

Hi and welcome.

My name is Mohsin and thank you,

Thank you for showing up today.

This means a lot to me to be here,

Here to connect with you.

I'm happy that you are here and committed,

Committed to grow,

To respect and love yourself.

And today I want to share a talk with you,

A topic that is really powerful from my personal belief.

And I want to ask you to think about what your focus is on your daily life.

If the focus and the attention is on what you are missing or what you are having in your life.

Because if the focus and the attention is always,

And I mean always,

You know,

Your mind is always thinking about what is missing.

We are unconsciously creating and building misery and suffering to ourself.

We are craving all the time for what we are missing.

Sometimes we are not conscious,

Me as well,

And we are projecting our focus,

Our attention to the lower frequency,

Lower vibration that make us suffer and be in a state of misery.

On the other hand,

If we are thinking and we are aware of what we are having in our life,

We are appreciating and being grateful for each time that a simple happens,

A food on our table.

And as my practice,

I always do to slow down,

Look my food and give some love to my food,

To bless it,

To appreciate the food that is my table,

That comes from earth in abundance.

And that creates also awareness,

It builds awareness and gratitude,

Appreciation.

And that appreciation,

It will just rise your vibration and you're feeling good,

You're feeling peace and just alive.

You don't crave for nothing,

You're not suffering.

And the powerful moments that we are creating on being grateful for the simple things that are in our life,

We are also projecting ourself and the attention to the present moment,

The powerful present moment,

Which is now.

There is no light for past or future,

There is only present moment,

Awareness and gratitude,

Appreciation.

And that will fill us up with good vibration,

High frequency.

And we're not allowed for any dark emotions,

Bad feelings that comes from the past or the future.

There is only light for gratitude.

It's important to be aware and to slow down and appreciate anything that comes to you,

Being aware of it,

Slowing down.

Even a walk at the park or at the beach and being grateful that you can walk and be free.

Enjoying the time,

Enjoying the time in nature,

Have our own freedom.

So we can really cultivate this gratitude,

This appreciation.

If we are not appreciating now,

We are realizing that we are on focus and attention,

We are putting the attention and focus on our missing.

We can shift slowly,

Slowly with awareness to gratitude and appreciation.

And that will bring us to the present moment.

And that will just shift all our day,

Our life.

And we can do so just slowly,

Slowly.

Sometimes you being grateful two times,

The next day you do one more or two more.

Just when you wake up and you see the sun,

You just wow,

I'm alive.

And that will just rise your frequency high and will keep you for hours and hours.

You do another time and you have another two or three hours and three,

Four times and your days all in peace and gratitude without being worried about your past or your future.

You're just living the present moment in full gratitude and in peace.

I hope this will help you.

You will act on it if you are missing.

It's completely okay.

We are growing.

I'm doing the work as well.

And I see that is really beneficial.

So I want to share it with you.

I hope you can act on it and be committed to grow and to be free,

To be free from suffering and to express who you really are.

Accepting and loving yourself fully without any limitation,

Any doubts.
