Hi and welcome,

Welcome.

My name is Mohsin.

Thank you,

Thank you for showing up today.

It means a lot to me that you are here,

Here to connect,

Committed,

Committed to grow,

To respect and love yourself.

Now we can take a couple of breaths together.

First of all to release any tension and stress in our body.

Take the first inhalation and exhale it out.

The exhalation you can even shake your body to release completely the tension or stress in your body.

Let's do one more,

Big inhale,

Deep and exhale it out.

Feel your body completely calm and relaxed,

Without any tension.

And this is a time to really slow down,

To be here,

Present,

To connect with our deepest self.

A space to listen,

To discover ourself.

Now let's take a moment to set an intention for our practice of today.

And the practice is more powerful when it's beyond only ourself.

It's about others,

How we can impact others,

How we can be more helpful to others more.

So you can take just a moment to really let in any intention,

Wherever it is.

You can set your own intention.

Then when you have it,

Now in our meditation,

One of the first and important thing is just to don't expect anything from our meditation.

Looking for anything,

Just to feel something,

To look for a relaxing state or to be happy,

Just to feel something.

Our mind is always within us.

We are here sitting for something.

No,

We are just here to be.

So don't wait for anything.

We don't want to set any expectation towards misery.

Because when you look for something or you wanting something to happen,

You're craving in a way and putting ourself in misery and suffering of something that is not real.

So just do it as an exercise.

Our meditation and all the meditation,

Let's do it as an exercise,

As the gym.

And the benefits will come.

The benefits will come.

So now I invite you to keep your spine straight and head and chin looking down so the energy can flow easily through our body.

Now softening our shoulders and each part of our body until our feet really relaxed and soft.

Your feet melting to the ground.

Melting to the ground.

And now starting connecting with the inhalation,

Deep and conscious breath.

And exhale out,

Present with your attention to your breath.

With a deep and conscious breath in and out allowing the inhalation to be the same as the exhalation using a rhythmic breathing with your nose.

Try to develop this practice to breathe only through your nose.

So we have the same inhalation,

Same exhalation.

That's the power.

It's also the same in yoga when you practice yoga.

And allowing the breath to flow on its nature.

Breathing in peace and breathe out anything that is not yours or holding you back from your true self.

Your pure love.

You're free to express who you really are.

Expecting,

Accepting and loving yourself fully.

And now today I would like to cultivate gratitude.

Appreciation has been a powerful practice to me and helped me a lot,

Really a lot.

It keeps me away from being worried or thinking about the past or future because it comes really natural to me.

Now to be grateful,

To appreciate even the small things.

Having a coconut from God and just slowing down and looking to the coconut,

Closing the eyes,

Building also awareness and giving some love and appreciation to that coconut that is given to me.

Blessing and appreciation.

And that is a way to fill up ourselves with good vibration and high frequency.

In this way there is no space and light for anything else.

There is no space for or light for worries or the past or future.

So it's a beautiful practice to just cultivate and slow down our life to be in the present moment.

So I want you to think about what you are thinking in your day.

What's your mind thinking about more often and often.

It's thinking about what you have missing in your life or what you have.

Or what you have because if your mind or your craving and your attention,

Your focus is directed to what you are missing,

You are setting yourself for misery and suffering every day and building that up to cover you completely with a feel of misery and suffering.

Because you are always wanting something that is not sure,

It's not there,

It's just a future,

It's not real.

In that way also you're projecting yourself to the future.

So taking you away from the present moment which is now.

So it's very important to shift that to what you have in your life.

Wherever it is,

Even in the small things,

Just being aware and see it,

Slowing down ourself,

Being aware of appreciation to the small things that comes in our life.

On the other hand,

If your mind and you are thinking about what you have,

That's a beautiful action to be in your life,

To appreciate what you have for anything,

Even the smaller thing.

Buying food and you have the food in front of you,

Just slow down,

Look at it,

Appreciate that,

That you can buy and afford for food.

When you cook the food as well,

When you have it in front of you,

Before you eat,

You slow down,

You look to the food,

You give some importance,

Some blessing,

Some appreciation of that food that is in front of you,

Giving some love and that appreciation,

Gratitude will just rise your vibration and energy for a positive state.

And that,

I believe,

It has a duration of many hours.

And that frequency is powerful because it allows you to stay in the present moment,

What is the true power of attraction and manifestation,

To be here present.

And so when you are here present with gratitude,

That's a peaceful and enjoyable life.

And there is no light or space for thinking about future or past that is attached to feeling and emotions.

If you think about the future,

Maybe it comes worries or anxiety.

It's important to be here,

Present moment,

Attached to gratitude.

So gratitude,

It's linked and attached with present moment,

Here,

Now.

The more you do this practice,

For example,

You are grateful three,

Four times a day,

I think you can fill your day up of appreciation.

There is no space for negative thoughts,

No space.

To just be in the beautiful and high frequency of gratitude,

Present moment,

Where all the magic happens,

Where you can attract and manifest abundance in your life.

It's where the journey,

The process of the journey is beautiful,

Without looking for what you don't have and you are missing.

Just keep in your breath,

Always flowing,

With a conscious and focused breathing in and out through your nose.

Calm and natural breath.

You can feel yourself calm and peaceful.

Now slowly,

Slowly take one big inhale to bring you back to your body.

And feel each part of yourself,

Your body,

To be here,

Grounded,

Back.

In the exhalation,

You ground yourself totally here.

So this is the power of cultivating gratitude.

It will change cultivating gratitude.

It will change your life.

You will become more aware and enjoying the present moment,

More positive and less on a suffering state.

Now slowly,

Slowly you can softly open your eyes.

Our meditation is finished.
