This is one of my favorite mantras that I love singing, opens my heart and gives me deep joy all the time. According to the Dalai Lama, Om Mani Padme Hum has the power to: “transform your impure body, speech, and mind into the pure body, speech, and mind of a Buddha.” Tibetan culture tells us that to deeply know this phrase — to bring it into the very depths of one's being — is to attain enlightenment.

Welcome to our meditation,

Awareness meditation of today.

I invite you to come and have a seat on the ground on your chair,

Wherever is really comfortable for you to meditate.

Your leg crossed if you're on the ground with your hands that can be anywhere.

So they are comfortable with your spine straight,

But comfortable your head and chin looking down.

Then I invite you to take a couple of breaths together to release any tension and stress.

Really big and long breathing.

Let's make a big inhale in together and exhale it out.

Any sounds is allowed.

One more big and long inhale and exhale it out.

And now let's start connecting with each inhalation,

Exhalation,

Bringing that tension to your breath.

You can just follow your breathing with a calm and meditative mind.

Just being aware of our breath,

Engaging the mind only to follow the breath.

And it's completely okay and normal that many thoughts that are coming,

Just let them come.

Don't judge any thoughts that are coming.

Don't reject.

We are just allowing and being friends with each thought,

Each feeling,

And be even emotions.

Just observe without judging,

Being detached from any thoughts and emotions.

Then you come back,

Bring the attention to your breath.

In and out.

Your breath always flowing,

Just a long,

Beautiful river.

Just being really present and grounded on your breathing.

And if your mind is wandering,

Just let the wander.

Important is just being mindful to come back to your breath,

To stick with your breath as much as you can,

So we are not engaging too much with our thoughts.

You can let the mind go in and go in,

Just wandering.

You can just put it aside to wander without judging it.

And you are just mastering the silence,

Mastering your mind to be quiet and to detach from any distractions out there in the world.

Just really taking back your life to connect more,

To center,

Find back your true nature.

Just feeling your breath coming in and out,

Gentle flow that never stops.

We are just maintaining the organization of awareness.

Awareness is just knowing,

Knowing that you are following your breath.

It can be knowing that a thought comes and you are on it.

It's also awareness.

And if you take back yourself to the breath,

It's also awareness,

Knowing.

So in a way,

We are always aware.

Just being always aware of your breath.

You can be aware of the sounds that are out there.

It can be the water,

The birds.

If you are in nature,

Just maintain the sound that you are hearing.

And maintain the awareness of any feeling that you are feeling in your body,

Any sensation.

Just be aware of that and recognize it.

Important is just not to get stuck on any thoughts.

Just being aware,

Knowing.

Come back to your breathing,

Your inhalation and exhalation to softer your breath naturally and soft.

And if your body is stiff or not relaxed,

You can really soften your head and softer your shoulders,

Heavy and soft,

Your upper body really relaxed,

Your lower body,

Your back,

Your legs,

Soft and relaxed,

Your knees and feet grounded down to Mother Earth,

The true nature,

True connection that allowed us to find ourself again.

Just being connected with your breath,

The space,

Like an empty space.

What is awareness?

Just like an empty space without clouds,

Empty mind that you are managing to keep silent and quiet.

And the only thing is just maintaining the recognization of the breath,

The recognization of the sound,

Just knowing awareness,

Recognizing awareness,

Finding peace.

But without looking for anything,

We are just simply sitting,

Sitting to discover without any expectation,

Just time to explore,

To discover,

To discover ourselves with a quiet mind,

Quiet mind.

And now slowly,

Slowly,

You can come back slowly,

Slowly to ground,

Feel our body and slowly,

Slowly also our meditation,

It's finished and whenever you're ready,

You can open also your eyes and just come back and ground.

Thank you.

Namaste.
