Hello,
Hello,
Hello.
You're listening to peaceful self project,
My podcast,
I am Miriam and I'm really,
Really,
Really excited that you're here.
Because today,
I am bringing to you an inner voice session that I did a while back,
Like a few months back.
And I thought it would be really fun to share it actually,
Because I've thought about sharing it for quite some time now,
Even when this inner voice session was finished,
I was like,
Damn,
There's some there's some truth in there,
I need to share that.
But I kind of didn't get around to it.
And I don't know,
I didn't feel the pain yet to share it.
And now I do have that feeling.
And it is an inner voice session that I did with Twi,
My friend,
And hello,
Twi,
If you're listening,
It was really,
Really cool because she facilitated me.
And I've spoken in this podcast about inner voice before,
But in German.
So if you don't know what inner voice is yet,
Or what an inner voice session is,
I will explain that very shortly in a minute.
And I just want to give you a little bit of a disclaimer here that if you don't resonate with any thing that is said in this episode,
Or that my inner voice said,
That's completely cool.
Like you don't have to agree with everything my inner voice said,
Because inner voices or your own intuition,
Your own gut feeling,
Which is kind of what the inner voice is,
Has their own truth,
It will probably align with a lot of what inner voices say.
But nonetheless,
Everybody has their own truth,
Everybody has their own feeling.
So that's just what I want to say here that you don't feel like you need to agree with anything or that I'm the guru here.
And I'm telling you all how it is.
That's not the case.
I just felt like sharing this conversation or this inner voice conversation because it was really special to me.
And I've learned a lot from it.
And yeah,
That's why I want to share it today.
And like I just said,
The inner voice is sort of the intuition in you are the deepest,
Deepest part of you.
So there are many layers of a person or a personality.
And I would say like,
There is sort of the personality,
The identity,
The mind,
The critical thinking and the sort of conditioned self that feels like it has duties,
It has things that have to align with societal norms,
That is sort of formed out of experience.
So that's why we have certain fears,
Anxieties,
Or trapped emotions that we couldn't release yet and all that.
So there is this part of us that is really conditioned.
And that's sort of what makes us who we are.
That's what we sometimes say.
And then we can even go deeper,
Deeper,
Deeper into ourselves where there is only loving awareness left.
So there is no story about who we are.
There is no identity,
Really,
There is no mind.
And it's just the deepest part of ourselves that is free from all the conditioning that we went through when we grew up that when we went through while living in a society,
There's nothing we feel like we have to be.
And so this is the part in us,
This is the intuition,
This is this feeling that you sometimes feel of like,
Oh,
I need to do this or,
Oh,
It feels really bad to do this,
I shouldn't do that.
And now I want to explain what an inner voice session is real quick.
It's there is an inner voice facilitator who sort of holds the space for you to drop into this place and they tell you and teach you how to do that.
And I'm an inner voice facilitator too.
But I worked with Thuy in this case,
And she was my facilitator and I was able to drop in which is like the best feeling because you're because it just feels really,
Really special and just so peaceful.
You feel so much peace and love and it's just sometimes a little bit overwhelming,
But it's just so much fun.
They take over so the facilitator takes over the mind question.
So it asks questions the mind might have like,
Should I leave this job?
Or why do I feel sad all the time?
Or how should I go about this thing?
Or what should I do about food?
Or what should I do about sleep if I can't sleep or whatever.
So you can ask ask this part in you very specific questions in an inner voice session.
And you don't have to go up to the mind again to ask these questions yourself.
You can just let the facilitator do the job they can ask.
They know minds pretty well.
And so it just it's for me.
It's just such a beautiful experience to do that,
Or get to that.
And that's why I thought it would be really fun to share this inner voice session with you also to that you as a listener know what I'm talking about all the time when I'm like,
Oh,
I'm doing inner voice and I'm an inner voice facilitator and all that stuff.
I just wanted to demonstrate how it actually looks like.
And now I'm going to play you a little bit of the session.
I just show you a part of it which was very profound to me and kind of that is kind of general and not really personal.
And I just thought that would be really fun to share.
I really hope you enjoy it.
I'm just going to play the whole thing.
And then afterwards,
I might say a few words.
I invite you to keep an open mind.
If you don't really get what inner voice is saying that's completely cool too.
Sometimes they're a little bit cryptic or sometimes it just makes a lot of sense to the person that is dropped into the inner voice.
Because you kind of get all these images and it kind of feels like detective work.
It's like,
Oh,
This puzzle piece fits into this one.
And it's just really fun.
And yeah,
I hope you enjoy make yourself some tea or go for a walk,
Whatever it is.
And I invite you also to slow down and you might hear me breathing a lot,
You might hear me yawn,
That just means that I sort of release any emotion or release something.
It's totally cool.
And there might also be some pauses,
Although I've cut them down a little bit,
So it doesn't take up too much space.
And it might also be helpful to know that my inner voice described when asked about love or sort of how it would describe love.
It explained it as sort of like this hazy glowing sort of cloudy ball of love that everybody owns.
But everybody owns their own version of it.
But it's all the same.
Just so you know what this image sort of means.
And I guess that's all for me for now.
And I will play the inner voice session now and I hope you enjoy.
Inner voice does everyone have their own hazy ball of love or is it the same source?
Both.
It's the same,
But it's everyone's own.
We sort of,
It's the same ball,
But it's not multiplied.
It's the same one owned by everyone.
But the mind could now attach to this and claim it their own.
But it is also your own.
But it's also from everybody.
This is hard for the mind to not separable,
But it is separate.
It's not.
It's the same love that everybody owns.
This is how the mind can understand it.
Miriam doesn't have to do anything to increase anyone else's love inner voice.
It's not about increasing,
But allowing.
And if the person cannot allow it,
Then that's not her mind's like say problem.
It's not her thing to change or fix.
How can she allow inner voice if the other person is not even trying to fix?
Come back here.
Love them,
See them,
Know that this is what's happening.
This means that it's not personal.
It's not it through the mind.
The mind might make it personal.
Their mind also might make it personal,
But ultimately it is them or her not being able to allow fully.
And that is part of this plane.
She sometimes wonders why certain people fall in love and others don't.
If it's all the same,
If you could fall in love with everybody,
There is so many minds have so many beliefs,
Conditions.
Like for some reason we see like a,
Okay.
There is,
Like we said,
With the allowing,
Some people have so many mind,
Mind stories and cultural stories and where they're coming from,
What they're doing,
If they are evil,
If they're not evil,
If they are,
And these make it hard for the mind or for the person to open up to somebody which doesn't allow them to fall in love.
There is always this love underneath this inner voice of this ball we talked about,
But sometimes in order to come through,
It needs to be able to be allowed to be able to open.
This is why some people fall in love when they know each other for a long time,
Because they are,
That opening has widened and the mind is not always on board with the other beliefs,
With the other lifestyle,
The conditioning,
The trauma,
Whatever.
So it can't open.
It can't let the love shine through.
And this is sometimes what humans try.
They try to get on board.
They try to make it happen to generate it,
But that's outside.
And this has to do with the human experience because there is this animalistic part too,
This human part,
This sort of attraction part that you have to smell another person,
That you have to involve your senses.
And this is very physical.
This is why people are attracted to certain people.
But then there is this love too,
That needs to be allowed.
And if all that doesn't happen,
They don't fall in love.
Is that okay with inner voice if they don't fall in love?
The physical experience needs opposition,
Needs contrast,
Needs.
.
.
Otherwise you would fall in love with everybody.
It would be very.
.
.
A lot.
A lot of love.
But on the deeper,
On the most basic form,
There is love,
But this love cannot be described as romantic love or friendship love or.
.
.
It's just there.
It's not even describable.
It's just the purest form of love,
Which coexists in everything.
And the more open we are,
The more love can shine through and the more real can these relationships be.
But it's like a little prism that this love gets filtered through into different directions,
Which could be familial love or friendship or romantic love.
And then,
As I said,
There is this physical part too.
So it's about being open,
Knowing what's going on,
The mind to not freak out.
So there would be a possibility to fall in love with everybody,
But.
.
.
Or to be able to fall in love with everybody.
But it's in the human form not really possible because minds can't be open to the complete opposite,
If that makes sense.
And body cannot be attracted to everybody.
This is really weird to her mind.
How can we love everybody?
We are good for now.
Thank you for asking these questions,
For allowing us to be here in this moment.
Thank you for your voice.
Welcome back.
I really,
Really hope that you enjoyed this little session.
It was just really profound for me when I experienced that or even listened to that.
Because I find it so fascinating how minds just really cannot love in that way that we do from this deep place from this loving awareness place in us that is sort of always unconditional.
And this whole thing has just opened my eyes in that the mind needs to be open to the person's beliefs sort of to be in a friendship with or to be in a relationship with and to kind of.
.
.
I mean,
It makes sense when we look around each other.
When we look around ourselves,
We probably will be with people who are somewhat aligned to our values and our perspectives.
And I just find it really interesting how that loving awareness is just always there that deep love inside of us.
And we love everybody on this deepest level,
Which is really triggering to the mind,
I guess like,
At least for mine,
It's like,
What?
I can't love everybody.
What's that?
But I guess it's not the sort of like attachment love,
But it's more like because we're made of this same love or that we all have that sort of same ball of love.
We are all this sort of love and love loves itself kind of.
It's really hard to explain,
But I guess I really hope you get what I mean.
And I always find it really comforting that Minor Voice also said,
Like,
We can't fall in love with everybody.
Like we can't allow this love to come through for everybody.
Because I don't know,
That's just so weird to my mind to think that I would love certain people that might harm others or,
You know,
It's just really comforting,
I guess,
Guess for the mind.
And that also shows how loving their new voices and how loving love is,
Which essentially is like,
You know,
Voices like giving love a voice.
I don't know,
I just find it really comfortable,
Comforting and nice to know that it will not put that on us that it will not say,
Yeah,
You love everybody.
I mean,
It kind of did,
But maybe not in the human form.
That's not really possible for us,
Because the mind is part of us,
Right?
We're not always as unconditional love.
I mean,
It's always there,
But we don't always feel it,
We don't always access it.
And it might also be important to live in this physical world to not always be this sort of unconditional love,
Super naive,
I mean,
This body in us or that we have wants to protect itself too.
So,
And I also have this image that just came to me as I was editing this episode.
It's like,
I guess we have this sort of well of love or of unconditional love,
That well of loving awareness that is in us or that we're,
That is our deepest part.
There's our deepest self.
And it says if there's a well and it's sort of clogged with all the things that minds have,
Like that mind's belief that minds see as true that are maybe prejudices,
Whatever,
Or even thoughts,
Experiences,
Expectations,
All that stuff,
Like this sort of well is clogged with all these things.
And then if there comes a human and we are entering some sort of whatever kind of relationship that is with them,
It kind of depends on how much love can come through of like how clogged this well is with all these opinions and mind attachments.
And the more we align with this person,
Or even let's say not aligned with them,
But how open we are to them or the idea of them,
The more love can come through.
If that makes any sense.
And I also find it really,
Really interesting and sort of fitting that the body is not this loving awareness,
Because I guess that's sort of not physical and the body is really physical.
The body is what makes us human.
The body is how we are human on this earth.
And I feel like it's nice that the body has the say in it too,
That it's like,
Oh,
I can smell that person.
You know,
I kind of I'm open to them.
And the body is also like,
No,
I can't really feel that person.
I can't,
You know,
They're out sort of that kind of way.
And I feel that's really nice too.
And soothing that the body has a say too.
And that it's sort of multiple factors that play into why we are with certain people in what kind of form that takes like friendship,
Love,
Familial love.
I mean,
It mentioned that prism of which kind of filter this love is this unconditional love is sort of shining through a which is coming through.
So I think it's quite nice to know that there is so many different types of love,
But it's all kind of just the same love shining through or coming through a different filter.
And yeah,
I really hope that you enjoyed this one.
If you can't agree with this,
It's completely cool,
Like I said.
And also,
If that was really interesting to you,
You could also ask your inner voice,
What it says to you or just feel into what feels true for you and what doesn't.
Because in our voice,
Because everybody has a different truth,
Everybody has their own truth.
And I think it's really important to listen to your own truth rather than mine,
Or rather than the one from my inner voice.
But I mean,
We're all from the same source.
So in this in some sort of way,
It aligns but I just find it important that you respect your mind and,
You know,
Hear the things that are true to you.
And if you want to learn more about inner voice or just drop down and have somebody hold space for you,
Like I had in this session,
You can totally write me and ask for an inner voice session,
I would be glad to hold space for you and work with you and have you learn to connect to your inner voice if that's something you would like.
Or you could also listen to some of my past podcast episodes if you're able to speak German.
Otherwise,
I can also redirect you to another podcast that I do in English,
Or it's an audio series,
Which is called Flowmotion.
I do that with some very dear people that I really love.
And it's sort of an audio show where we talk about inner voice all the time.
And you can find it at jazlively.
Com slash flow motion.
And yeah,
So if you want to learn about it that way,
I'm really happy to bring this to you.
And yeah,
I'm just really happy to do this and to be able to do this.
And I'm sending lots and lots of love.
And I really hope we find each other on some of these places I mentioned.
And I wish you a wonderful sunny and warm and beautiful day.
And if that's not something you're experiencing right now,
That's completely cool too.
I'm sending you a hug.
And yeah,
See you soon.
Bye bye.
