Meditation Timer OnlineI am an advanced yoga instructor, retreat leader, and the founder of Santulan Tulum, a wellness and yoga school nestled in the heart of Tulum, Mexico. Since beginning my yoga journey in 2008, I’ve steadily deepened my practice through training both locally and abroad—including advanced Vinyasa, teacher training, workshops, alignment & breathwork specializations. At Santulan Tulum, I lead transformative retreats, mentor aspiring teachers, and facilitate workshops designed to balance body, mind, and spirit. Each program features a mix of powerful flows, restorative sessions, meditation, breathwork, and heart-opening ceremonies—all in a lush jungle environment that supports inward rest and growth. My teaching is rooted in alignment, intentional sequencing, and adaptability. Whether with seasoned practitioners or newcomers, I offer classes with modifications and options, creating a safe, inclusive space. My mission is to guide people to reclaim their strength, ease, and presence—both on the mat and in daily life. I believe wellness is a journey, not a destination. Through Santulan, I strive to craft experiences—retreats, trainings, online sessions—that empower individuals, foster community, and help people connect more deeply with themselves.
