Find a comfortable place to sit where you'll be undisturbed.

Sit with your spine tall but relaxed.

Start to relax your shoulders and your jaw.

Take three deep breaths.

And on your exhale,

Let go of your breath completely.

Now breathe normally.

Achieving success requires a certain mindset.

In this meditation,

We're going to help set your mind,

Set your outlook,

And set your focus for success.

To start,

Take a few moments to remember a time when you achieved success.

Whatever success means to you.

It could be something you accomplished recently or something that happened a long time ago.

It could be reaching a goal or a personal or professional achievement.

Focus on a moment that marks a significant milestone in your life.

What does that moment look like?

Look at the details.

Where are you in that moment?

Who else is there?

What's around you?

Are you standing or sitting?

How does your body feel?

Create a snapshot of that moment in your mind and place yourself there right now.

Recreate the moment in your mind in as vivid detail as possible.

If your attention wanders,

Don't get frustrated.

Bring yourself back to the moment you were remembering.

Don't focus on the thoughts that come up so much as how the event presents itself in your body.

Do you feel stronger?

Calmer?

More powerful?

More stable?

There's no right or wrong answer.

Just notice what a successful moment feels like to you.

By focusing on this memory,

You can access the event and the accompanying empowerment anytime you want.

If your mind wanders,

Without judging,

Simply return your attention to your breathing and the snapshot of this successful moment.

By recalling a significant milestone that represents success to you,

You can access that image and the successful mindset anytime you want.

Take three more deep breaths and release any focus or concentration.

Start to bring yourself back into the room by rotating your wrists and ankles.

If it feels good,

You can stretch a bit.

Slowly open your eyes.

Hopefully your mind and body feel calm and focused,

And you're ready to take on the rest of your day.

A calm,

Focused,

Positive mindset is vital for achieving success.
