Beginning by finding a comfortable seat.
And we keep the eyes open for this practice,
Cast down towards the floor.
Sitting the body.
In this practice there is nothing to achieve,
Nothing to remove,
No single experience to create.
We simply sit here and form the intention to open up to our lives,
To allow the mind to be however it will be.
And we just open to the play of experience.
So let's just sit very still and observe what moves in our experience.
What can you notice right now in this life?
Whether it be the sounds of the room that you're in,
The feeling of your breath or body,
Or the movements in your visual field,
Our only intention is to register each new detail.
And If we get lost,
We can take our mind to our breathing,
Feel into our breathing,
And then notice whatever else is arising around the breath.
We sir move out with our bum.

Not trying to stop thinking.
Just noticing.
There's always something new to notice.

.
.
.
.
Notice how the quality of our mind changes as we allow it to flow.

Our awareness is open.
We notice the background of our visual experience.
Wide open awareness.
We notice the movement in the background.
We just watch and be at warm with the movement of the mind.
