Often, the harder we try to relax, the more tension we create. In this session, we aren't trying to achieve a specific state or fix anything. Instead, we are practicing the art of "allowing." By sitting with the natural, rhythmic movement of the ocean, we learn that thoughts and feelings can rise like waves without becoming problems we need to solve. This is a gentle somatic invitation to drop the unnecessary effort you’ve been carrying and find a moment of stillness - exactly as you are. In this video, we explore identifying the "bracing" patterns in the body (jaw, shoulders, belly), the "Less to Do" technique for immediate nervous system relief, watching the waves as a mirror for our internal experience, letting the ground do the work of holding you up, and breathing without supervision or the need for perfection.
